They been getting nothing but one star reviews for over a year now and they either forgot that they have an iPhone app or they don't have anybody there that knows how to fix it. I don't know if it's a person or a bot but every time they get a one star review the Developer Response is always "so sorry to hear about that" and "Fill out a form" when it should say Developer Response "We don't care" and "Fill out a form if it makes you happy but we won't do anything about it" ### 1/5 — Terrible connectivity *2026-06-21, version 1.45.2* I originally logged in fine and had everything set up great. Then when I attempt to log in later it says I don’t exist in the system. Then it asks for my information and again says it can’t find me. The find a dentist function does not allow you to put in a range, just a zip. Then it doesn’t return dentists that are there - my current dentist never showed up no matter what search terms I used. The terms of use are so long that I could have signed my house over to Delta without realizing it. I know what procedure I need, and I know that not every dentist does it. Why not allow folks to search for dentists covered by their plan for a given procedure? Why? I can never sign in. This seems to be a delta dental core issue across desktop browsers and the mobile app. Tried resetting email, password, username multiple times. I am able to reset password but never successfully sign in. No success on any version. When I go to create profile it tells me I already have a username and sign in normally. It shows the claim, and the claim total the dentist requested, but shows no other details about the processing detail. Critical details such as how much was reimbursed, are simply absent. Confounding as the website has more information. Why make the app worse than the mobile page? Why does it exist? Got my account registered and this is where I’m stoked: the app is very up to date! 1. Uses Face ID 2. You can add your dental ID to your digital wallet (SCORE) 3. Huge fan of the features at the bottom (besides home there’s 4 different tab selections to do stuff, including finding a dentist and adding your benefit funds on a scale). This is one of best insurance apps I’ve had along with my car insurance, so 5/5 from me! The fact it’s highest coverage of dental (first time having that in over 5 years!!) is the most clutch. I tried loading the website, but the member portal is so bloated and Janky. It just wouldn’t open on my phone on 5G so I figured I’d give the app a shot because I figured it was a lot of client library loading that was causing problems. After downloading the app and logging in it worked perfectly. I could see my benefits and authenticate and even offered to set up Face ID. So the app worked very well and had all the info I was hoping to get. I would give the member portal zero stars, however. I don’t know what needs to be done, but the page load is monstrous and needs to be optimized. Also, during authentication, I got to see the actual name of the auth provider something something – prod.
