I’ve tried calling but the AI says download the app and the app says there is an error. I don’t when the app is going to start working again for me but I will have to use different taxi services in the meantime. You can’t get rid of it therefore can’t get to the booking screen. ### 3/5 — **App Issue Needs Fixing** *2024-08-05, version 737.5.0* I generally like this taxi firm and have been a loyal customer for a while. The drivers are friendly, and the service is usually reliable. However, I am very fed up with a recurring issue in the app. Despite having an in-date, funded bank card attached to the app, every journey I book recently defaults to cash payment. I don’t usually carry cash, and due to my limited mobility, I can’t easily get to a cash point. This is really annoying and inconvenient. I hope the developers can fix this bug soon as it’s impacting the otherwise positive experience I have with this taxi firm. ### 1/5 — Getting worst *2024-06-08, version 737.3.0* As a driver I can say, App is getting worst with every update and making it life harder for drivers then make it easier. ### 1/5 — completely and utterly unreliable *2024-05-24, version 737.1.0* Completely and utterly unreliable. Booked an XL vehicle for 6people and luggage. They sent a 5 seater. Drivers couldn’t be on time if their life depended on it. Operators sound like they’ve been tortured. ### 1/5 — Waste of code! *2024-04-30, version 737.1.0* What’s the point of having a tab on this ‘App’ that’s specifically for contacting support if it doesn’t work and apparently hasn’t for ages! You click it and it takes you to nothing. So I ran the ‘book a taxi’ number and it took THREE tries just to speak to someone! First call: automation says press 1 for bookings and 2 to discuss current bookings. Pressed 2 and now it’s trying to book a new appointment? Hung up and tried again. Second call: no difference so I pressed 2 again and waited, it hung up. Third try: now it’s 1 for booking, 2 for pre-booking or 3 for discuss. Finally spoke to someone after all this malarkey! Don’t use, so much hassle. They’re late or just cancel on you. If I could I’d wish I could minus star this ### 1/5 — Problem with App *2024-03-16, version 736.4.0* App needs the developer to make changes as there is an issue with making your card payment the default. Will not let you make the card default as it just gives you a error message at the top of the page plus the support page doesn’t work either ### 1/5 — ROBBING!! *2024-03-03, version 736.4.0* Took my money for a taxi that was PREBOOKED! Then it said the driver had arrived 3 hours earlier than booked and the ride was complete! Tired ringing the driver no answer. Tried getting help on the app and it won’t take me to the website. Absolute joke. ### 1/5 — Frauds *2024-02-02, version 736.4.0* If I could give a 0 star rating I would have done it! A driver comes to pick me up saying his outside but he is two blocks away still coming.. I go out wait and wait and no one shows I got to the app to see where he's at and surprise he is going opposite direction whit no explanation... That is the reason I started carrying cash in me because when you pay with your card drivers can just manipulate you! So I was stuck in a situation where he has arrived so I cannot cancel the booking but he is going somewhere I don't care where All I know at that moment is that I'm gonna be late for work... This has happened multiple times I report the issue to the company they tell me calm down and that's it no outcome... Problem still occurs! I also have screenshots for proof from the last case where this exact scenario happened! ### 1/5 — Unhappy/I don't recommend them *2024-01-31, version 736.4.0* They are always late, almost every morning my children are late for school. And even when they come 40 minutes late, they start calling quite insistently... And every time the excuses are the same - traffic, always traffic, even when I see it on the map that it is standing still and has not left from the starting point. And right now I'm standing outside waiting because I was booked from 9 pm for 2:05 am. there were cars outside, but apparently they take whoever they want. and the night before the driver was very distracted and of course on the phone. first it went in another direction, passed my street, then the address - I had to shout three times until it stopped. I use them regularly even sometimes several times a day but this is no longer acceptable. I swore I wouldn’t use them again but recently thought I’d give them another chance. A different man, but equally as rude (even if the driving wasn’t as scary as the other). As a nervous person, I find it hard enough to go out, let alone having to face passive aggressive looks and comments from drivers. They’ve knocked my confidence and I won’t recommend this company. Well, worry not: Here comes the new future, where you request a taxi and instead of that you get a minute-long wait before it says “ride cancelled”. I’m all for supporting traditional taxi companies, even the big ones, but I’m riding home in an Uber thanks to repeated “cancelled rides”. I go onto the app to book a taxi and i’m asked to provide a rating for a trip I took a week ago and have 0 recollection of. You can’t book another trip before giving a rating.
