Launch briefly shows logo, then just a white screen with a blue title bar at the bottom. Tried removing and reinstalling the app several times. Not sure what went wrong. It worked a few months ago.

**Developer response:** Sorry the app isn't working for you. Could you please ask your Vantagepoint administrator to create a support case so we can troubleshoot and fix? If you have trouble creating a support case, please email vantagepoint@deltek.com and I'll help.

### 1/5 — Does Not Handle Fundamentalist Tasks

The app constantly freezes when trying to do the simplest of tasks and has no way to go back to earlier screens to remedy the situation. You are forced to hard exit the app and therefore lose all of the information you might have entered to that point.

Weak OCR, requires a lot of manual input.

**Developer response:** Sorry the OCR isn't working well for you. If you send examples of cards to vantagepoint@deltek.com where it didn't read it properly, we can add them to our machine learning to improve it. You can also email other design feedback to this email and we'll consider in a future release.
