### 2/5 — Occasionally useful

*2026-06-20, version 2026.2.0*

Except when it won’t let you login because it ignores your pin and won’t let you login normally. Great.

So now it asked me to sign an expense account with my password

but it won’t take my password

the password I used to login

### 3/5 — Occasionally useful

*2026-02-04, version 2026.1.1*

Except when it won’t let you login because it ignores your pin and won’t let you login normally. Great.

### 1/5 — Vision

*2025-12-19, version 2025.4.0*

Vision is better

### 1/5 — App is a failure

*2025-12-15, version 2025.4.0*

There is absolutely nothing intuitive about this app. The icons make ZERO sense. If I could, I would fire the person responsible for this app.

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2025-11-04, version 2025.4.0*

I’m forced to use this terrible app by my work for timesheets and expense reports. It’s unintuitive, cumbersome and the first time I used it to make an expense report I had to reattach every single receipt because the app removed them with no explanation.

### 1/5 — Absolute garbage

*2025-10-24, version 2025.4.0*

Junk

### 2/5 — So much worse than the desktop/online version

*2025-10-19, version 2025.3.4*

This is so difficult to see the week at a time, all hours together. Why can’t they just make the display like the PC version? So many other apps are so much more usable.

### 1/5 — Clunky

*2025-10-03, version 2025.3.4*

Ok nothing special

### 1/5 — Clunky & nonintuitive

*2025-09-26, version 2025.3.1*

I’ve used other expense report tracking systems and this one is very clunky with multiple categories that could be consolidated. It’s not intuitive in terms on knowing what to put in each line, the categories could be more clear and easy to understand.
Also difficult/not intuitive how to save a draft report

### 1/5 — Clunky, model T

*2025-09-04, version 2025.3.1*

Improved options compared with the Stone Age version but still a poor experience. Is this really the best they can do?

### 1/5 — Maintenance

*2025-08-28, version 2025.3.1*

Over complicated, with poor navigation

### 1/5 — complete garbage

*2025-08-16, version 2025.2.0*

“Connect” button doesn’t work at all despite correct URL

### 1/5 — Trash

*2025-06-30, version 2025.2.0*

This app is trash, was meant for cheap companies to mess with their employees

### 1/5 — Timesheet and Expense Line Items Missing?

*2025-06-09, version 2025.2.0*

Why can I not approve timesheet or expense line items in the app? Seems like that could be an easy thing to incorporate.

### 1/5 — The worst!

*2025-03-28, version 2025.1.1*

This is the absolute worst timekeeping app I have ever been forced to use. It is overcomplicated and it is not user-friendly in the least.

### 1/5 — Me again - I see there have been no improvements for app users since my last review over a year ago

*2025-03-02, version 2025.1.1*

Hi Deltek - does anyone from your organization actually read these reviews?
Making a product work better for end users will trickle-up massive improvements in workflow for those that pay your invoices! Making app users happy makes your clients happy. Time-entry is the most contentious and most critical component in consulting - make it easier and better, your standards seem low here.
Still waiting on the simplest of tools that all of your competitors have:
- a task timer
- something that adds *and displays* the total number of hours entered in the week / pay period
- integrations with outlook and google calendars
- easy summary view of billable / non-billable time

Refer to toggl for an excellent user experience. I actually fully use toggl, then dump my hours into Vantage point at the end of the pp, fyi.

Your services go offline almost weekly for a day or two, always during the end crunch of the period - what are you updating?! The modern color scheme was a priority I see…

One star until I see some improvements, or at least an acknowledgment

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Crashes and is unreliable on IOS devices

*2026-08-24, version 2026.3.0*

They have excellent customer service who speaks English clearly and articulates well.

Good structure however lacks consistency, and will crash. Also it will sign you out for wanting you to update your password however it wont tell you that. So you put in your password and then it locks you out.

### 1/5 — Not great.

*2026-08-24, version 2026.3.0*

Incredible UN user friendly

### 1/5 — Endless Loading Circle

*2026-08-24, version 2026.3.0*

I sign in and all it does is buffer endlessly. I have to keep a second Android phone for no reason other than to run Deltek.

### 1/5 — The worst

*2026-07-15, version 2026.3.0*

This is the absolute worst timekeeping app that I have ever been forced to use.

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2026-07-13, version 2026.3.0*

Constantly updating and logging you out 10/10 do not recommend for your company go through another service that’s more stable

### 1/5 — Heltek

*2026-07-11, version 2026.3.0*

Picks the most inconvenient times to glitch e.g. 01:30 hrs when you are trying to input your hours before the long weekend.
Then it works for a couple weeks. Then Heltek on Earth again.
Almost but not-quite entirely UNfool-proof.
Must I give a star? Grudgingly.
2) 2026
A new version or just new icon?
Appears Friday. Time for worksheet.
No sign in path.
No update notice.
Just a new icon that I can’t get into.
Heltek strikes again.

### 1/5 — Awful interface

*2026-06-29, version 2026.2.0*

Had to do my timesheet and it was such a waste of time, literally it’s not even worth to download or use

### 1/5 — Frustrated

*2026-05-28, version 2026.2.0*

NOT user friendly or obvious what to do. Not clear results or easy to review or edit your input. I would Not use this or recommend it if my company didn’t force us to use it.

### 1/5 — I hate you

*2026-03-20, version 2026.1.1*

I really really really hate you

### 1/5 — Crashes and is unreliable on IOS devices

*2026-02-06, version 2026.1.1*

Good structure however lacks consistency, and will crash. Also it will sign you out for wanting you to update your password however it wont tell you that. So you put in your password and then it locks you out.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Excellent. MUCH easier than its web counterpart.

*2026-08-31, version 2026.3.0*

I find the this app’s big brother, the desktop web app to be un-intuitive and awkward, while this app is obvious, fast and easy to use. It takes only a few seconds to enter my time in this app. The developers of the desktop web app should look at this and consider updating the UI to work as this does.

### 5/5 — Fast and easy

*2026-07-11, version 2026.3.0*

Great app

### 5/5 — Easy and fast

*2026-06-07, version 2026.2.0*

It’s really easy and fast way better than other applications

### 5/5 — Timesheet

*2025-08-22, version 2025.3.1*

Easy to use, great visual, superior app.

### 5/5 — It’s easy to use.

*2025-01-11, version 7.2.2*

Makes entering your time fast.

### 5/5 — New format

*2023-10-08, version 6.5.1*

The New format is Great!

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2022-07-13, version 5.0.3*

I think some companies may not get this configured correctly. Once correct it works great and I can do my time and expenses from anywhere. Helps drive user adoption and timely time sheets

### 4/5 — Heltek

*2024-08-31, version 7.1.1*

Picks the most inconvenient times to glitch e.g. 01:30 hrs when you are trying to input your hours before the long weekend.
Then it works for a couple weeks. Then Heltek on Earth again.
Almost but not-quite entirely UNfool-proof.
Must I give a star? Grudgingly.

### 4/5 — Show a week total

*2024-03-11, version 6.5.6*

Show a week total of hours when at the end of the time card. Annoying to go back and add up all the hours before submitting

### 4/5 — Decent app but could use some improvements

*2024-01-05, version 6.5.4*

Just downloaded this app to start using on my iPad that I have situated next to me at all times at my desk. There are a few first impression improvements I would make right off the bat. 1) Optimization for iPad users: the text, icons, and input fields are very small on iPad - the Submit - Save - New Line buttons in the bottom right corner are tiny and I accidentally tap submit when trying to save. 2) Optimization for iPad: I use an Apple Magic Keyboard attachment for my iPad that has a trackpad - for some reason or another, the app doesn’t allow me to click anything using the trackpad/cursor, I have to use my finger for everything. 3) Scroll Wheel for time selection: Allow users to type in the type directly instead of using the scroll wheel selector, or better yet, allow both input methods. 4) An autosave feature. I find myself closing out of the app (which is easy to do on iOS devices unintentionally) without saving and have to reenter time.
