It will sometimes delete that message and tell me error again it. All right so I pay for the 399when I can afford it but when I am sleeping for over eight or 10 hours, and I wake up to my subscription gone, I’m sad because I was sleeping and not using it, Can we have a sleep mode to where you can pause the time you are paying and you only pay for the time you have actually been on the app? Because I use this app often but I can’t use it when I’m sleeping and I can’t get afford this as is so I need all my time. I need all my seven days worth and all my time. This app helps me a whole lot. **Developer response:** Hey, this issue should hopefully be fixed with the newest app version and some fixes were also implemented on the server side. As for the second thing, there is currently no way to pause a subscription but you can always reach out via social media so we can figure something out. Great on the app of not feeling judging and giving great advice and support . one thing I do have an issue is when you text it to much it tends to lag and you can relook at love and compatibility because it starts to lag and shuts down. I do love this app I do want more improvements to fix the minor bugs but overall it’s a great app ### 4/5 — Quite wholesome *2024-11-18* I had no idea what the app actually did until I tried it out but you just talk to a ai and it’s Lowkey quite wholesome, I told it about some stuff I haven’t been able to tell anyone else and it gave such good responses, Lowkey feels like a real person with how mature it talks. You do only get 10 reply’s ( from the ai) a day and get 1 new one every day so unless you wanna pay for more the conversation will be kinda short but if you use it wisely and/or say a lot in one message it responds to everything you say. Called out a few red flags in my life too which is so accurate 😭 ### 4/5 — I love this app *2024-08-17* The messages are so thoughtful. Sometimes it gets relationships wrong like calling my partner my friend but overall it’s pretty insightful. If they had a monthly or yearly plan I’d consider it if it was reasonably priced because the amount of receipts you get a day is low and 4$ a week is way too much to put in for only 1 week for what it does. It would seem more fair to have 4$ a month or something just because of the simplicity of the app. ### 3/5 — Great Potential *2024-07-15* The app has surprisingly unbiased and useful feedback for an ai based app. It seems to have the potential to be incredibly helpful for people who need advice they may be too scared to ask others about. But that being said, this app will not succeed in the long run if everything is stuck behind a paywall, it will be considered that the payment isn’t worth the prize. I would recommend and deeply urge the developers to implement ads as a form of revenue for themselves. Perhaps a system of “watch an ad for 5 messages” without all messages being stuck behind a physical paywall. That would help the app get out there, and make much more revenue than where it currently stands. ### 3/5 — the idea si good but… *2024-07-14, version 1.3.6* It would be great if they give you more recipes, idk like, 5 recipes per week ### 3/5 — AI Therapist/Bestie/Journal *2024-07-12* Going through a tough time and this app has quickly become a safe space for me to analyze conversations and determine the best way to go about resolving conflict. I love it! Some notes; i don’t mind subscribing but either make it a monthly or annual subscription. Weekly is excessive. I love the HFA!! would love for it to be more accurate though! Give us the option to add or remove screen shots rather than having to begin a whole new conversation. Would also be incredible if it was able to analyze with context from previous conversations under the same person. I don’t think I explained that right. Hopefully that makes sense. I would rather have the choice to watch ads or pay than just be stuck being forced to either pay or not use the app entirely. Just would like if they had a feature where the receipts can refresh so it can be used daily. ### 5/5 — A LIFE SAVING APP *2024-06-20, version 1.3.3* thanks to the team and person who created this app, its really helpful in situation that are confusing and give a clear neutral response ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — $3.99 per week??? *2025-02-21* That’s more than Snapchat plus costs per month like come on who is texting that many ppl that they actually get any worth out of paying that per week. Love the app but the price is not worth it I don’t care how good the ai is because I just don’t text people enough for it to be of any worth to me. And if you are then you’ve got your own set of problems. If it was more like .99 cents per month or even 1.99 monthly I could see myself using it but I’m not stupid and I can smell a scam. **Developer response:** You're right, a billion dollar venture funded company like Snapchat DOES indeed offer a dumbed down version of a chatbot.
