Why aren’t added family members or others who are part of the household able to sync? I don’t want to have granny be an admin. ### 2/5 — Needs Work *2022-12-01, version 1.1.1* The calendar syncing function is very buggy. Either ends up with no sync or multiple entries in my calendar. Notifications for messages are also very unreliable. Typically have to go to the app to see if any new messages have been sent. ### 1/5 — Do not rely on this app *2022-11-06, version 1.1.1* When they released the new app it got even worse. Drops team members. Messages do not send. Almost impossible to get correct info to all team members. Terrible customer service. When I called they told me that they had too many complaints to even speak to me. You have to completely close out the app for new messages to show. If the games/practice times get changed, it does not notify you. Have some pride in your app and fix one basic issue: On iPhone, the app throws errors all the time, especially when navigating between teams (I have three different soccer teams managed through the app). The only solution is to restart my phone and force an app restart. Everyone on our team complains about this problem. I am coaching a rec soccer team and the only reason I use the app is because our league coordinators require it. It doesn’t send notifications even if you have all the settings correct. It also doesn’t show new messages in chats. I have to constantly delete it and reinstall it to get any notifications or messages. Last season we missed a game because we did not receive notifications that a ref was located last minute and it was being played as scheduled when it had been canceled. Not consistent at all and a total inconvenience to use. When our team does chat, can’t see it past the notification. Had to resort to just group text messages. Under the calendar it no longer loads events and has an error message. After several days and deleting the app and then downloading it again it still doesn’t work. Messages no longer loads. The Teams feature that shows your Team is no longer there. Any of the main reasons you had to go into the app no longer work. The only way Demosphere is useable is via the web. ### 1/5 — Very buggy *2023-02-20, version 1.2.0* Haven’t been able to see games in both app and online on Demosphere- hosted website. Can only see chat function. Has always been buggy with calendar syncs- app is not recommended! ### 1/5 — Painful *2023-02-04, version 1.2.0* Our club uses this app and I’m told at the admin level it is fantastic. At the parent level it is painful. The calendar syncing doesn’t work, which is critical for us. I was told by their support team to use the Google calendar, which I didn’t want to do, but I did and found that it entered events multiple times! 😡 Useless. I resorted to manually entering the schedule into our family calendar app. My other issue is that notifications don’t work consistently. So if there is a last minute change, I might miss it. We have shown up in the wrong uniform as a result. I have talked to a few parents that have had no issues and we don’t know why. But for me, the only way to use this is to open the app frequently and check if there are any updates or changes and then manually update my calendar. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t alert you to new messages *2022-12-03, version 1.1.1* Never alerts you when messages are sent. You have to open the app to see if anything was messaged. Very inconvenient. And yes I had notifications enabled. They have worked out a bunch of the previous kinks and the entire app is now much more user friendly and easy to use. The setup just feels natural - easy to navigate and lots of help along the way! We love how all family members can have the app and connect through there to see what’s going on. ### 5/5 — Easy to use and efficient! *2022-06-17, version 1.0.8* Love that I can view all of my household events from one unified calendar or choose to view one particular team/kid’s events. Easy to communicate with the team and coaches. Easy to RSVP for and navigate to events. The games disappear the next day and as a result they disappear from my calendar that I have synced.
