Used to be cool, not so sure anymore. Feels like they got a new
Paint job and started acting like they were better than everyone else.

The remote deposit function is absolutely dismal. It takes days to get an account approved to even deposit anything. The camera function is terrible. It’s difficult to get the accounts to line up for what you’re depositing into. You’re unable to add memos.

I have been with DSB for eight years now. They have been phenomenal, and the banking app is very easy and user-friendly. Very informative, but not overcomplicated. I would highly recommend!
