They took my money since 8/2023 & Never settled my accounts!

This company is money hungry they took my money. I never used the service  they came up with so many fees that I owe them when I never used the service. I cancel  the services the same week I started and they still rip me off Please don’t use them  they took my money and I never used there service it’s so many Hidden charges that this company or whoever you working with don’t tell you about  please don’t do it just ant right if I new what I no now I wouldn’t having just paid upfront  a hold lot cheaper

It does seem very unfortunate that you had such an experience with our support team. However, please understand that we are not the ones who owe the contract or provide services.
The Denefits contracts are created by a business with their customers for the services they provide and their customers get to take services and pay in easy monthly installments. Having said that, since it is a contract between you and the business you enrolled with for the services, we do not have control over the contract to be able to cancel it, however, as part of the support we provide, we do connect with the business to discuss your concern.

This company is horrible! 👎🏽 All they do is harass you. The interest is high and if you’re 3 days behind they charge late fees and will cancel your account and report you to the credit bureau. It’s a scam to cheat you out of your money you’re better off paying your dentist with cash.
