## What is DeniedPixels?

DeniedPixels is a Safari extension that finds nudity on web pages and covers it before you see it. Images, video, GIFs and even explicit words in page text, censored in real time as you browse. Everything runs on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded and no browsing data is collected.


CHOOSE EXACTLY WHAT GETS COVERED

28 detection zones, each with its own toggle. Cover only explicit areas, or include faces, hands, feet and more. Set preferred sensitivity. Silhouette Masking covers a whole person along their outline instead of rectangles.


18 CENSORING STYLES

Pixelate, Blur, Black Bar, Color Fill, Sticker, Noise, Glitch, Oil Paint, Redacted, Word Wall and Color Invert, plus seven animated styles: Static Noise, Scan Line, Spotlight, Shrinking, Permission Denied, Loading Bar and Pixel Wall. Every style is adjustable, and you can give each body part its own style.


VIDEO, DONE PROPERLY

Frame-accurate censoring that keeps up with playback, with minimum flickering or missing frames. Covers embedded video, GIFs and animated images. A loading placeholder keeps content hidden until it has been checked, so nothing flashes while a page loads.


TEXT CENSORING

Blacks out explicit words in page text. A built-in wordlist, your own additions, exceptions for medical or educational reading, and an on-device deep scan that catches writing which avoids obvious vocabulary. It never touches what you type.


MODES

Only Once: an image is permanently blocked after its first encounter.
Decay: content degrades further each time you see it, until it is gone.
Challenge: a number-guessing barrier before temporary access.
Reverse: censor everything except the detected areas.
Beta TV: the whole page pixelated, with one small window on the body part you chose.
Red / Green Light: videos switch between visible and covered at random intervals, within limits you set.


STAY LOCKED

Self Lock puts your settings behind a password, a timer, or both. Shared Access lets someone you trust manage your settings remotely, and you can revoke it at any time.


SITE BLOCKING

A built-in blocklist of over 42,000 sites known for sensitive content, plus your own blacklist and whitelist. Or filter only on known sites and leave the rest of the web alone.


PRIVACY

All detection runs on your device with an on-device AI model. No images, URLs or browsing data are ever sent anywhere.


ONE LICENCE, PHONE AND DESKTOP

A subscription bought here also unlocks the desktop extension, so one purchase covers your phone and your computer.

the problem is i don’t use safari for my browsing i use brave, and it doesn’t work with it. otherwise it works good, when i tested it out on safari, but idk if i want to permanently switch to safari, i don’t really like it.
