So disappointing nice App but so hard work to find what you want, type in what you want sometimes even if you know the correct part no you get anything but come up, needs to be so much better, luckily my local branch is 5 mins away

Rexel who’s the company behind Denmans have been forever “we are making improvements “ to the mobile app and website . It is exactly the same app for Rexel. It is glitchy , annoying to use and impossible to now look up invoices on the mobile app. This is following there recent improvements lol . The search engine criteria has been utterly useless in the past but is very slowly getting a little better. You may have to use every description you can imagine for an item and still not find it . I would put plugtop and it would come up with dust bins or fans , anything but what I wanted . The customer technical support is broken by phone call and agents are sometimes sounding less than happy especially if you resort to calling by phone. Good luck getting through by phone when the app isn’t working. The online version is better for non mobile users but I would never recommend this app to my worst enemy. Rexel ? more like Rexhell if you ask me. 😄

The app doesn’t load at all stuck on logo and is always slow when it does. It also doesn’t have half the stuff that is in the catalogue and doesn’t give you the option to purchase per meter on certain cables.
