That needs to be fixed. It looks like this has been a HUGE issue for over 3 years! How pathetic! DI, GET WITH IT!! FIX IT OR JUST DELETE THE APP ENTIRELY!! Also, once inside the app, you click on the Notifications tab and then go to click on the notification and it doesn’t take you to your notification. Either update that, so it does take you to your notification or just remove that part of the app. I’d like to be able to use the app to the fullest, but it’s really annoying and difficult to do so, when these issues are there. With the amount we pay for Dental Intelligence, I fully expect the app to be up to par. In today’s world, using apps for work, is a given. So with that said, Dental Intelligence, FIX IT!!! ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-08-12* Terrible app. Can’t see work schedule. Contacted them multiple times. Still no update to make the app work properly! ### 1/5 — Logging out *2025-08-08* What kind of backwards system you guys run that it logs me out every single session. Keep ignoring it and you will lose subscribers. ### 2/5 — Lots of bugs since they changed it from Modento to this *2025-08-06* Schedule doesn’t sync properly, every time asks for password and doesn’t activate faceID ### 1/5 — Needs work *2025-08-02* So frustrating the schedule is not easy to read. Dr.’s and hyg love to see their schedule ahead of time from home AND YOU NEVER CAN IN THE APP. Use all that “intel” so we can really read the schedule from the app! We need A DAYS VIEW OF ALL PATIENTS!!! Weave can- just deleted all dental intel apps from my phone bc they are of no use! Frustrating to have to enter username and password EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The “remember me” doesn’t 99% of the time. The full schedule of the day can’t be seen all on one screen. We switched from Weave bc of all their bugs but DI hasn’t made away-from-the-office work/communication any easier. ### 1/5 — Login *2025-07-19* Mmmm disappointed so far with the mobile app…..the login every time is a pain, I see a notification and I kind of avoid to try to login. I thought weave had some deficiencies, but here is much worse. Even trying to see the schedule is complicated…..update this thing or do something about it… ### 2/5 — What a horrible app! *2025-07-02* This app is inefficient and disfunctional. Don’t use it or put it on your phone/device. It is truly horrible. It says I need to update, no I don’t. I cannot access the schedule, I cannot access the schedule. It does not matter what I do, it continues to be truly pathetic! If you want to stay sane, delete this app immediately. ### 1/5 — Is the app ever going to work? *2025-07-01* Been a DI user for nearly a year and had the old app only barely work a few times, now the new one won’t even recognize my login and just says “permission denied” when logging in. I have to login every single time that I need to check the app is it gets old that no improvements are being done. As a Weave past user Dental Intel could learn on how to make it better.
