Yay! ### 4/5 — Quite enjoy the app - 1 suggestion *2021-01-13, version 1.7.0* After reading the reviews, I was skeptical, but once I downloaded the app I quickly learned they fixed most of the issues people have complained about. It’s easy to register and to find a doctor in your nextwork! I like that I can see my vision and dental cards all in one place and that I can email it to the provider I choose to go to. My only suggestion is that once I pick a provider I’d like to be able to save it in my account on the app for quick access to their hours and a way to contact them instead of having to be taken out of the app on the web to look up the provider again. It’s minor, but I would enjoy the app a lot more with this feature for its ease of use! How to activate it? ### 4/5 — Big Improvement! *2019-05-30, version 1.6* The new app is a huge improvement in look compared to the old one. I like to keep my insurance cards digitally and the find a provider is smooth! Looking forward to the “additional functionality coming soon”. ### 3/5 — Does the basics *2020-01-22, version 1.6.8* Note that you have to turn off Dark Mode to see the log in. Shows the basic and the ID cards ### 2/5 — Barely functional *2020-08-11, version 1.6.9* This app doesn’t provide much information and it has a pretty bad UX design. One example is the Personal Info area, which has no back button. The only way I can see to get back to the main menu is to force kill the app and log in again. The loading animations are extremely hard to see and sometimes a don’t appear even when a server request has been issued. I can’t see my kids anywhere on the app even though they are on my plan. I could go on and on, but I won’t. In short, this app is relatively useless other than providing barebones functionality in a pinch.
