But after attending exponents, I came to a conclusion that I was getting the same dental materials at a much more affordable price. So I gave it a try. And I was not disappointed. Original products, fast delivery and a wide range of products just a few clicks away. My recent experience was nothing short of frustrating. I placed an order on the 4th, and as of today, it’s still delayed — just like previous orders. Delays seem to be a pattern with Dentalkart, not an exception. Even worse, one of my previous orders was cancelled by Dentalkart itself after it had already reached the local delivery office — late, of course. Imagine the inconvenience of waiting for essential dental supplies for days, only to have the order sent back without any proper explanation or apology. This kind of unreliable and careless service is unacceptable, especially in a field like dentistry where time and preparedness are critical. There’s a huge disconnect between the promises made and the actual service delivered. Poor logistics, no proactive updates, and no accountability. Dentalkart seriously needs to improve its delivery operations, customer support responsiveness, and reliability. If you can’t guarantee timely delivery, don’t commit to it. Dental professionals deserve better than this. Team Dentalkart ### 1/5 — Pathetic Service and Copy-Paste Customer Support *2025-07-12, version 13.0.2* The delivery system is a complete joke, and their so-called customer service team is even worse — absolutely pathetic. Every time you call, they repeat the same robotic, useless line like a broken cassette: “Jaise ki main dekh pa raha hoon Dr., aapka delivery delay hai, maafi chahta hoon, within 24 to 48 hours mil jaega…” And this exact same script keeps looping again and again — no action, no accountability, just false promises and delays. It’s like they’re trained to waste your time with scripted apologies instead of actually helping. Zero professionalism, zero responsibility, and zero respect for the customer’s time. ### 1/5 — Worse experience worse customer care worse materiel missing *2024-07-11* They are cheated with the order placed One materiel was not there in the package I keep on trying them messaged them many days they are just acting like they do something and still no resolution I lost almost 1600 rupees In the past I used to order more on dental kart now iam in fear It’s injustice and untrusty nature they are doing couldn’t support them It’s hurting me everyday After I opens the package I realised the missing items and I WhatsApp them and they are asking for video of opening the box Iam little busy with my job and was urgent with matériels already started using And package opening video is impossible now I used to order matériels in the clinic where I work with my money iam earning little And they repays me This issues caused me loss And iam totally stressed with their avoidance after a genuine purchase ### 1/5 — Pls don’t buy anything from Dentalkart for reasons read below *2024-03-18, version 11.0.0* If Dey are giving you offers with least rates that means that product is worst in quality I bought alginates and rubber base impression materials all are worst in quality Recently bought mouth mirrors n probes with offers they got rusted after one use only Even their air rotors aren’t working MOST WORST experience is I bought ultrasonic cleaner it wasn’t useful so I wanted bigger one so I callled them for replacements they first agreed after month nobody comes to pick up so I called them again now they are saying it’s non returnable and there wasn’t written anything like this while placing an order so I am gonna complaint against them in legal ways and I talked lawyer case to Banta hai. If I would have bought such worst quality things Dey got replaced easily in past so I hilghly recommend you people don’t buy for Dentalkart anything . ### 1/5 — Pathetic service *2023-09-01, version 9.1.4* Dentalkart is a fraudster… Firstly i waited for two months for my order which i never received… and they are not even providing me with my refund… I am going to file a complaint in consumer court and make sure that these people have it… please be alert while dealing with these people.. their customer representatives are dumest and have no idea about what is going on even after following up everyday on call.. they are least bothered about their customers … Poor management and pathetic delivery services by dentalkart ### 1/5 — Worst service *2023-01-12, version 9.0.0* I had purchased waldent intraoral camera from dentalkart in july 2022, that started malfunctioning after 2 months of usage. Camera LED lights went off and screen turns reddish. I had placed complaint, they took it off and returned me the product after repairing. Now again after 7 days of usage it started malfunctioning again. I had raised a complaint to which i had not received any updates. I have been shopping from dentalkart from last 2 years but now onwards I am not wasting my hard earned money here. ### 1/5 — Better to not order from this site *2022-03-24* I have ordered my product 3 weeks back and it is showing shipped since 2 weeks, and has been out for delivery since a week, that is what they say daily.. inspite of not trying to deliver the product , they just send me a message daily saying that I’m not available/failed attempt and so cancelled the delivery. This is really insane. Inspite of talking to customer care twice, they are not able to do anything about the order. They just keep you waiting. We apologize for the inconvience you faced. ### 1/5 — Very poor customer service. *2021-12-10* Very poor customer service. Ones the Money is paid they don’t bother for any service. There is no policy for return. I am struggling to return a hand-piece I bought from them since 3 months. Neither they are replacing nor refunding. Did everything they asked for. Fed up calling them and explaining. You are just wasting your time and money. The customer executives don’t know anything neither can do anything, they just raise your complaint and nothing is done further. For cash on delivery orders, they ask us to come and collect at some nearby areas. The rewards points are all fake, they credit the rewards points and withdraw them within 15 days, if you don’t place an order within the next 15days. Very much disappointed with them. With regards to products with warranty, it is already mentioned on product page that Dentalkart is not liable to refund, its either service or replacement as per the manufacturer. ### 1/5 — Pathetic service dnt trust them at all *2021-12-07* Recently I hv order ordered few products using this app. Still they haven’t shipped my parcel it been 4 day hv placed the order . I’m calling since then to ask about it so for the frst time only call got connected within 1 min. After that they kept me waiting for 6 mins and they cut the call automatically. I’m calling them like crazy but every time no response. On frst call they hv told me that waldent gloves are taking time to come from distributor so we hv hold back ur parcel. But its too much they should have told me that waldent gloves gonna take time or else other products they can ship and waldent gloves they ship separately. As they are charging 25 rs extra delivery charges for gloves only fo no reason. So bottom line very pathetic service. Very very very very very disappointed. They treat doctors like with so much of disrespect.
