Before the app I would change my Invisalign’s weekly whether I wore them the required time or not. Post app use I realized I needed more time if I was going to wear them less frequently than recommended. Ultimately, I decided to follow the recommended time of use and now am getting much better results.

I wish my orthodontist didn’t use this app. It consistently only caught tracking issues several swaps after I noticed them - the one set of refinements done without went far better with me wearing an aligner longer every time I saw it was not tracking rather than relying on the app. 
It’s also awful with a small mouth or jaw issues. Keeps repeating the “open wider” voice line and to bypass, needs no movement for a few seconds after to realise wider is not happening, which is difficult to do. 
Less on the app, more on the general process: 
The scan box won’t fit my phone with its case, and taking it off every week is awkward. Even then, it feels wobbly and like my phone might fall and doesn’t always realise it’s inserted correctly. My new phone won’t work at all without yet another attachment.

個人差あるかもしれませんが、スキャンの度に磨き残しを指摘されます。それも、一度のレビューで何度も同じ「磨き残しがある」を違う言い方で。
私は矯正とは別の歯医者で定期検診を受けており、その際は何も指摘なく、出血率が明確に減り、その磨き方でこれからもよろしくお願いしますと言ってもらえています。
矯正歯科にメンテしに行く際も磨き残しを指摘されたことはありません。
そうなると、このアプリでAIにネチネチ言われることはモチベが下がる要因でしかありません。
せっかく経過を楽しんでモチベ上げられると思ったのに。残念です。

All the notes seemed like AI generated auto responses. Passed all the aligners over the two-year long period and while the alignments were apparently off.

Trying to use it for my daughter’s ortho treatment and couldn’t get past the first screen because I didn’t have a led light. I tried to order it but the “order LED light” button didn’t work. Couldn’t even x out of the screen or progress in any steps. Deleted the app twice and reloaded and still didn’t work. Customer service just sent me a long winded email that basically told me to push the button. Hope this posting gets to the developer so the app gets better. Then I can update l my review.

Every SINGLE time I open this app it makes me want to peel my skin off and put salt on my open flesh. I have not done ONE SINGLE SCAN where it didn’t glitch out mid way, making me have to RESTART this app to try again. Having to take this scan genuinely ruins my whole day. I wish I had braces instead of Invisalign just to AVOID THIS APP.

Ich liebe diese App buchstäblich. Ihr könnt so einfach und bequem euren Scan schicken und brauch keine große Metallschienen in eurem mund wo ihr euch z.b. eure Backen aufschlitzt. Es ist so bequem und komfortabel. Ihr könnt den Scan literally vom Bett aus schicken! Tolle App! :) Ich empfehle sie an jede/n weiter! Der Preis für die Spange lohnt sich! :-)

This makes life so much easier! Not only can we do it from home but we aren’t wasting the doctors time or ours. We only go in when everyone is ready for the next step.  The doctor can monitor by looking at the recordings. When we are ready to be seen he will know and schedule us based on the video that we took and sent him through this app!  I’d honestly awesome!!!
