I only wish I found this app a month ago when this all started. You guys are awesome! If you’re reading this and need some dental advice/guidance then hit that download button. I didn’t pay a dime and the services were worth every second of my time. Once again thank you to everyone at Denteractive! ### 5/5 — Talking about Emergency tooth pain 😩🤐🥺 *2019-04-24* Nothing is worse than losing your tolerance when you have pain in your mouth and can’t even talk. Next thing comes to mind is to cut your head and move on with it. I have never seen a dental app that could save you over a phone. My husband got on the video chat with the next available dentist and helped them understand what my pain was and the dentist patiently walked me through an interesting physical activity to num the pain and helped me find the nearest pharmacy to get some sleep and already booked me to go see a dentist first thing in the morning. This is the perfect solution! I downloaded this app and sent a message out and Dr. Izadi was able to give me some peace of mind after sending 2 pictures and answering questions. I sent pictures and a Description of symptoms and once I submit, an error message pops up. I paid $14.99 and not working ### 1/5 — Scam *2021-03-06* So far it’s a scam, paid and now it keeps saying error every time I fill out my information and get to the last page hitting send message. Already emailed app to try to get a refund but this is ridiculous, I filled out all my info it won’t even tell me why it’s saying error. First of all to use the 24/7 dentist you have to pay even though they said a million times you won’t have to pay and there are no hidden fees. They don’t allow you to access live dentists. You HAVE to first make an account (not guest). Anybody who then tries this will get stopped at the phone number part. ### 1/5 — Very bad *2019-01-31* I can’t create an account, when I press on CREATE ACCOUNT nothing happens When I try to log in with Facebook it shows ERROR APP is very slow I have to press the buttons multiple times, sometime nothing happens I received an email that says I registered ( wired because it showed ERROR when I tried ) and now when I try to log in it shows ERROR again ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2018-06-17, version 1.1.25* This may have helped me BUT I can’t create a login, comes up with various errors or crashes completely. I can’t link my account to Facebook either. When I try to pick the emergency dentist option I can enter my zip code but then it asks for my dental insurer. Ummm I can’t type anything and there is nothing to select. Every single thing about your app is broken. Doesn’t Apple make sure stuff is ACTUALLY useable before they put you on their front page. My REAL rating is 0/0 because, well, it sucked. Fix this crap ### 3/5 — Can’t log in *2019-02-13* You can’t create a log in without a Facebook account? And when I do it doesn’t let me. What is this?! Unfortunately I don't have dental insurance. I didn't know what to do. I tried few over the counter medications to reduce the pain but they dint work. Then a friend of mine told me bout this app and that how his sister in law had used it. So I decided to give it a try. I downloaded the app and paid $14.99 to message a dentist. I attached multiple pictures too. It took about 15 mins before I heard back from one of their dentists Dr. Carol McCabe. She was awesome answering my questions. She did a video with me too. She helped me get a prescription seeing how i was in pain. Thanks so much Dr. McCabe. Oh and thanks to Shawn for getting the video call arranged.
