## What is DentiPath Ledger?

DentiPath Ledger™ is a local-first ledger for dental associates and early-career dentists. See what you produce, what you may keep after split terms and lab fees, what landed in your bank account, and where professional expenses are going without a spreadsheet or account.

Track the numbers that matter:

• Daily production: log gross production, lab fees, and direct costs by category.
• Associate split: choose your percentage and basis, including gross, after lab fees, or after lab fees and direct costs.
• Collection rate: optionally adjust estimated earnings for what was collected, not only billed.
• Deposits and reconciliation: compare expected associate pay with deposits received.
• Lab fees and expenses: record lab invoices plus CE, instruments, dues, insurance, software, and other professional costs.
• Dashboard: review gross, net, lab-fee percentage, estimated net before tax, top category, month-over-month change, average daily production, and year-to-date totals.
• Optional estimated set-aside: calculate an on-device planning estimate for money to reserve. For personal planning only, not tax or accounting advice.

Import financial totals when you choose:

• Import CSV, Excel (.xlsx), text, or ZIP exports, or paste a table from a spreadsheet, email, or report.
• Preview mapped rows before saving anything.
• Undo imports from Import History.
• Imports run on device and do not connect to your office system.
• Do not import patient data. Ledger is designed to screen and exclude patient-looking columns, but you remain responsible for reviewing imports before saving.

Private by design:

• No account required
• No ads, analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs
• Ledger entries stay on your device unless you choose to export, import, or share files
• Optional system-authenticated App Lock; app-switcher privacy cover on iPhone and iPad
• On-device label checks warn before patient-identifiable text is saved
• One encrypted backup export is included free; restoring a backup is always free
• App-icon quick actions can jump to Add, Dashboard, or Reports

DentiPath Ledger Pro is optional. Annual is the primary plan, with a monthly option. Either subscription unlocks unlimited history, pay reconciliation, record and summary CSV files, monthly PDF reports, annual summaries and full-history views, unlimited encrypted backups, every summary card theme, and the top-screen glow.
