The trash guys are conscientious and excellent and this app is great. The problems are with the admin follow through. I requested a medium can over 6 months ago: nothing, in spite of several calls. Worse, I’m an avid gardener and need the compost can badly. I ordered one over 2 months ago. Two weeks ago I heavily tipped a driver with the request that he see if one could be delivered soon; I called in follow up. I know the service is very busy. But with personal requests for compost and no can, I’m going to be forced to put yard waste and plant material in the trash soon if I can’t get someone to respond.
