I reported the issue immediately within minutes, along with video and photo evidence. However, it has been over two weeks now, and there has been no proper response. They keep delaying and have not made any effort to resolve the issue. Additionally, the toll-free numbers provided do not seem to work. This has been a very disappointing experience. The product price shown initially is not the real price. At checkout, unnecessary charges like shipping and high taxes are suddenly added, increasing the total amount significantly. This feels like a tactic to attract customers with a low price and then add hidden charges later. Pricing should be transparent from the beginning. Customers should not be surprised with extra costs at the final payment stage. Very disappointed with this kind of practice. I placed an order worth 1035 but received junk worth may be 50 bucks. When I raised the complaint they wanted a video proof of unboxing. I shared all the information but they repeated like a broken record saying there’s no enough proof. I have also raised this with consumer help. Please do not fall for fake advertising. They might send the first order perfectly but when they will be waiting for a chance to scam you. I received different product they just give me back difference amount. They did not take it back or exchange the different product. Customer support is also to slow you have to upload picture and make video before open the parcel if you don’t do this then you cannot get refund I give 0 start for there service. Even after repeated follow-ups, I never received my order. On 21st June, I contacted support, and all I got were vague responses like “just wait.” I checked with DTDC, and they confirmed that the parcel was returned to the company’s office because it could not be delivered. Despite this, it is now the end of September, and I still haven’t received my refund. This app appears completely fake, the company is unprofessional, and they are refusing to refund my money. Absolutely horrible experience. I placed an order with delivery expected by 21st June, but it arrived on 24th June after 3–4 frustrating calls. Even worse – they falsely marked it as delivered on 23rd June, when nothing was received. I received 2 damaged products, and since then I’ve been chasing them. 4 WhatsApp messages, 3 emails, 6 complaint forms with photos – all ignored. No response, no return, no replacement – just silence. It’s like shouting into a black hole. Deodap is a cheating company with no morals. Don’t fall for their cheap rates – the real cost is your peace of mind. Even road-side sellers have better after-sales support than this. Worst customer experience ever. Fake company, fake support. You have blatantly misrepresented your product — advertising it as a USB Wireless Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter Dongle while shipping a completely unrelated USB Pendrive with zero Bluetooth functionality. This is not a minor error; it is a textbook case of false advertising and consumer deception. You have ignored my clear demand for a resolution and instead responded with copy-paste generic messages, showing a complete lack of accountability or intention to resolve this problem. I am now giving you a final opportunity to correct this: Replace the item immediately with the correct Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter, OR Issue a full refund without delay. Failure to take action within 48 hours will result in me: Filing a formal consumer complaint with the appropriate regulatory authorities. There is no exchange or return for damaged products over the app. To proceed with any exchange we should have an unboxing video. I forgot to take a video. So it was a loss for me. You might get cheap products but the product quality will be very low. As the price as the product. All the products are full of dust and they seem old and used 2. They’ve sent me a micro mini version of everything that I ordered. I don’t understand what I’m supposed to do with the products, make a dollhouse maybe 3. The quality of the products is even cheaper than the cheapest products that I’ve ever received, everything seems that they will break while trying to use them. 4. I accidentally placed an order and immediately contacted customer care to cancel it and place a different order. Unfortunately, the replacement order was also not as expected, so I promptly contacted customer care again to request a return and refund for the original order. Despite repeated concerns and multiple emails, I have received no meaningful assistance or resolution. The lack of customer support is extremely frustrating and has completely ruined my experience with the online store. Immediately I have now deleted the app also from device I genuinely regret purchasing from this platform. I ordered a product expecting what was shown in the app, but I received a completely different product with a much cheaper quality and design and price too. Definitely not a good experience. ### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience – Buyers Beware *2026-08-11* We ordered several sample products from Deodep to evaluate their product quality before placing larger orders for our brand and building a long-term business relationship. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We specifically ordered products in particular colours, but received completely different colours. In several cases, the products we received were also different from what was shown in the website images. The actual product quality was extremely poor and, in some cases, far below what was represented online. As a brand planning for long-term business, we initially had every intention of working with Deodep on a larger scale. However, after receiving and inspecting these samples, we have completely lost confidence in the platform and its product quality. The website images and the actual products received were significantly different, which is very misleading for buyers. The money spent on these samples feels like a total waste. Customer support was also disappointing. When we contacted them regarding the issues, the response was not helpful and we were simply told that orders on the website can sometimes be delayed in delivery, which did not address our actual complaint about receiving incorrect colours, different products, and poor-quality items. Our sincere advice to other buyers: Please be extremely careful before placing orders based solely on the product images displayed on the website. We strongly recommend ordering samples first and thoroughly checking the products before making any bulk purchase. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Deodep to other buyers or businesses at this time. We expected professional service and consistent product quality, but unfortunately, our experience was completely the opposite. ### 1/5 — No proper service *2026-07-17* My experience with DeoDap was extremely disappointing. My order was delayed, and despite raising multiple support tickets and sending several emails, I never received a callback or a proper response from customer support. My support tickets were closed without anyone contacting me or resolving my concerns. Eventually, my order was cancelled and a refund was processed only after repeated follow-ups. While I appreciate receiving the refund, the overall customer service was very poor and frustrating. Customers deserve timely communication and proper updates instead of having to chase support for days. I hope DeoDap improves its customer support, response time, and order handling. I ordered two solar light one was working and one not working I requested refund and they asked me to read policy because they created it in a way that no matter if product is now working i will get less then half of the product cost in refund. Almost every review complains about the same poor service and fake, unprofessional support team. They reply with the same fixed template messages without even reading or understanding the issue. Most of the time they don’t understand proper English or even simple Hindi. It’s honestly better to receive a fake or copied product than receive nothing at all. They don’t even provide a proper cancel/refund option and seem to ignore legal concerns completely.
