## What is Departure Brief?

Review confirmed trip segments, fix the details still needing attention, and share a clear departure brief without giving clients a portal to manage.

Departure Brief: Travel Pro helps independent travel advisors turn already-confirmed trip details into a clear final handoff.

REVIEW CONFIRMED SEGMENTS
Enter the client-safe title, local date and time, sequence, confirmation reference and selected contact for each confirmed air, stay, transfer, rail, activity or other segment. Keep private contacts separate from details intended for the client.

CATCH DETAILS THAT NEED ATTENTION
Run a deterministic local readiness check across required confirmations, chronology, explicit transfer links, contact coverage and private exceptions. Every flag points to the exact record that needs attention and the check stays grounded in facts entered by the advisor.

SEPARATE CLIENT AND ADVISOR DETAILS
Review the client-safe brief beside the advisor-only exception brief before finalizing. Private notes and private contacts remain out of the client document. The advisor copy retains the working exception and resolution trail.

PRESERVE EACH FINAL HANDOFF
Finalization creates a frozen revision. Later corrections create a new revision with a reason instead of overwriting the earlier brief, so the record shows what changed.

PREVIEW AND SHARE TWO CLEAR PDFS
Preview the Client Departure Brief and Advisor Exception Brief independently. Share either PDF through a channel you choose, with a visible reminder that exported documents leave the device.

BACK UP LOCAL RECORDS
Create an encrypted user-chosen backup, validate it before restoring and keep the restore all-or-nothing. Corrupt, unsupported or newer-version files leave current trips unchanged.
