There are always issues trying to program tags and the app just says error with no error code

Cannot load config file into app.

**Developer response:** Hi LovelessDoor, the config files from Deployment Manager do not have cross-compatibility at this time with Hardware Manager. Please contact Technical Support (stanleyhealthcare.force.com) for assistance if this does not resolve your issues.
