The entire point of getting the app is so that I can directly download onto my iPhone, and yet, though I have many downloads available, I am unable to download new content. Pages wont load. Image's don't download. I'm upgrading this review from 1 Star to 2 Stars based upon their quality customer service and concerns. It's clear they want to improve and perhaps the clunky Web Page loading is a result of growing pains? I will likely give them another opportunity to earn my business based only on their customer service and follow up. I have had a subscription for many years and the app has never been fully accessible using VoiceOver on the ipad. None of the images have Alt text. ios cannot read any of the images using the automatic photo description. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to review our App. You can use VoiceOver to search images. I use an outrageous amount of photos and was extremely excited to be able to use my phone. I can see I have over 500 pictures to purchase but it acts as if I don’t have credits. Habe bereits auf das Problem hingewiesen. Passiert ist nichts. Die Desktopversion ist da um einiges besser. Schade, denn gerade über das Smartphone arbeiten wäre mir extrem wichtig. I give one star! You don't deserve it anymore! ### 1/5 — App crashes now *2024-09-02* I loved the app and used it all the time until it suddenly started crashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled and even reached out to support. They say they’re working on it, but it’s been a month and the app still crashes every time. It’s a useless app now, sadly. ### 1/5 — App stopped working *2024-08-02* This app was great and even though the subscription is a little pricey for what’s offered, I still really enjoyed the app and loved that some photos were free to download. However, suddenly the app crashes every time I try to run it. I uninstalled, reinstalled, got it going again, only for the app to crash again the first time I tried to download a photo and is crashing over and over. My iPhone is a current version and fully updated. I still have downloads left on my subscription that I won’t be able to use and I had to cancel my subscription. I can’t tell if it’s user error, incompatibility, or bad design. Finding images and saving them for later works great. Getting them downloaded to work with, not so great. Suddenly stopped working app claims I have no images when I try to download yet I have 175 left. Even when selected it was glitching to pick a plan had to reinstall app and everything works again as it should -leaving that tidbit up just in case anyone encounters same issue.
