## What is DepositProof?

Photograph the place before you hand over the keys.

DepositProof turns a move-in or move-out walkthrough into a dated, signed PDF — the document that settles a deposit argument instead of starting one.

• Walk room by room with a checklist that follows the property
• Note the condition of each item: floors, walls, appliances, fixtures
• Attach photos as you go — every one timestamped
• Record meter readings and keys handed over
• Collect signatures from both sides on the spot
