I’m a singer so I use these beats to write music sometimes. I also put them on when I need a little anxiety out of my system. I’m listening now to So Much Magnificence by  Miten and Premal

I would give this app more than 5 stars if I could. I have problems with anxiety and depression and this app really helps. This app and Chakra Pro are 2 that I use daily. Thanks again, Brian!

17164 is my first session...love this! And I’ve been diagnosed as clinically depressed for 20+ years. I have a feeling of calmness that I’ve never experienced. Hope this continues!

Hands down the best of the binaural beats / isochronic tones apps available. These sounds have immediately and profoundly helped my anxiety and depression, and significantly helps my insomnia as well. Definitely 5 stars.

Strange sounds but it really works for depression and anxiety. Who would have thought frequencies could do this? Took the edge off right away...
