I cannot think of any areas that need improvement. I especially like the feature that allows staff to easily find other available staff members, that may be able to pick up my hours as needed. My only issue is that I am unable to make changes to my timecard once I have signed out. Awesome app! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Helping with the abuse *2026-08-08, version 26.30.0* They help an interpreting company block interpreters from taking hours to eat or use the bathroom because they can't easily release their shifts on weekends, keeping them sitting around and making them sick. ### 1/5 — Not the best *2026-07-15, version 26.27.0* This app is ok with letting us see our shifts, and it’s nice to see the specifics, the schedule and who we’re gonna work with, and offer shifts to people. But this app is also super buggy. It’s always lagging and freezing, and takes forever to load half the information. On top of that, many of the addresses for shifts appear in random places on the map, even with the correct address on the shift information. If they fixed the bugs and freezing this would be a lot better. ### 1/5 — Program is now trash *2026-07-10, version 26.26.0* The newest version online and app is absolutely trash will tons of bugs and navigation issues. They took a good product and ruined it completely. Don’t waste the money with this product. ### 1/5 — Beware the auto renewal! *2026-06-09, version 26.22.0* These guys rely on the fact that you have invested so much time in onboarding that it is very onerous to switch to someone new when they double their prices. Not only that but when they start sending out reminders that the plan is about to renew they do it in such a deceptive way with cute little graphics telling you you’re going to be SAVING money when actually they’re about to double your fees! The only saving is that you’re on a cheaper version than the alternative higher priced option. When I finally got the invoice telling me how much the renewal was going to be it was sent at 1am in the morning and the money left my account the same morning. I had no opportunity to question it and when I contacted them immediately on seeing my bank account the only option they were prepared to give was to switch from an annual to a (more expensive) monthly payment. There are many cheaper options out there and their huge fees are crippling to a small business. I could not turn off the toggle in preference. It keeping flipping itself on. ### 1/5 — Wtf??! *2026-05-19, version 26.2.0* Been using this on my iPhone 8 for years, now there’s been an update and I can no longer use the app for work on this phone what in world?? ### 1/5 — Not intuitive for the cost *2026-05-12* On the whole it works, it definitely doesn’t meet expectations. There isn’t logic to onsite scheduling. We work across many sites, adding a person on the web version isn’t at logical as the mobile app but the mobile app also doesn’t do what the web version does. Simple logic like selecting any number of employees for any number of days at a selected site is basic function. Poorly designed travel booking sites can manage a calendar selection easier than this system does. Perhaps for a fixed roster, or where certain staff work certain days? But the price continues to go up with the functionality really not growing to match. I don’t know what options there are out there for the same thing but there must be something. If we hadn’t committed the time and energy that we had to this, I’d go elsewhere. Simple schedule fix. Pick employees for a job, pick the site, pick the duration, pick the shift length in a series of drop downs or tabs. Not create shift for 1 person, copy, paste, copy, paste. ### 1/5 — This app does not work *2026-05-01, version 26.16.0* This app will not let me offer my shifts to anyone, I was told that I would be able to give shifts I cannot work to other freelancers and that feature has not worked correctly in the 1.5 years that I’ve had to use this terrible app. There also seems to be absolutely no one to speak to about this, I am repeatedly told by the app to speak with my supervisor but she doesn’t know anything about this app either and is also VERY BUSY managing many employees from many locations & this really seems like more of a tech support issue that should be addressed by someone that specifically works with this app. It should not matter if there are people to offer the shift to, just because this app cannot figure out how to list the other freelancers that could potentially take this shift does not change the fact that I CANNOT WORK THIS SHIFT. Pushing the button that says “cannot work” should actually tell someone that I cannot work this shift, but instead all it does is bring up a message box where I can send this shift to other people to see if they want it- but there is never anyone listed in this area, so it won’t let me finalize the “can’t work” action that I am trying to take, so now it just says i was “absent” even though I said ahead of time that I cannot work. I know I’m not the only freelancer in this area, but even if I were - if I push a button that says “I can’t work” it needs to tell some human person somewhere that I cannot work it should not matter if your stupid app can figure out who else to offer it to. This is absolutely INFURIATING ### 1/5 — Stay away,save yourself some heartache *2026-04-26, version 26.15.0* This is one of the worst scheduling apps I have ever used. It never works correctly. He has called me issues on jobs on multiple occasions. You’ll put the schedule in 1 AM to 1 PM.
