Terrible service which has gone on for over a year!!! ### 1/5 — Poor app *2020-07-01, version 1.6.4* Early last year on a Monday, Derby County closed the Ticket Office for a day to do a maintenance programme on the computer system and ever since then the app hasn’t worked properly on my iPad. When I open it up I can only read half of the print like it’s cut in half down the middle. I have shut the app down several times and reopened it on the App Store. It works properly at first but the next time I open it up it goes back to only being able to read half of what it says. Can you solve this problem please.
