It didn’t work well previously but now doesn’t work at all! ### 4/5 — works fine *2023-07-01* always worked fine for me, if you have low data/poor internet connection obviously an internet app won’t work well. improvements to their login system would be very appreciated though in term of logging in, as in not having to log in every time you want to use it basically. however i feel that may be something to do with microsoft’s system as i’ve always experienced that but still wouldn’t hurt. also says goodnight to me and since there’s no one else who does that it’s always nice. ### 1/5 — Slow, difficult, and super unfriendly to use *2023-03-12* Such a slow app. Have to log in every time, even with Face ID activated. If you have a weak data/wifi signal it just doesn’t work. Worst app I’ve ever needed to use. Much easier to log into the website version. ### 1/5 — Awful *2022-01-19* Have to sign in EVERY TIME to the app with full student no and strong password even with Touch ID on. Course resources inaccessible on there too which is the main reason why I use UDO. Pointless and effort heavy app. ### 1/5 — Black screen *2021-11-24* Upon opening this app your are greeted by a black screen which never goes away, basically the app doesn’t work at all and has been that way for over a year! ### 1/5 — Hasn’t worked for over a year *2021-09-20* Black screen for over a year ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2021-08-22* It’s needed for my study as a new student and it’s just saying error, then when l got in it won’t let you open photo upload that is needed for your id card. They have this authenticity app which is an actual nightmare because it’s so slow in verifying your id that it is asking you to do it again. It’s then signing me out..it’s driving me mad.
