### 3/5 — All the discount codes don't work & bad customer service on getting back to customers

One prime example is when I downloaded the app I got a discount code to use and I read it and doesn't limit me on what products I can get so I've tried getting 1 of each sea moss, burdock root, elderberry, bladderwrack, and one sea moss soap. I tried using the code but never worked and I called and emailed the company but they never got back with me about it.

This Seamoss is awesome-I don’t need much to make my Seamoss.  Quick delivery, wonderful packaging and the extra effort with directions, the elderberries are awesome as well.
I’m pleased♥️
