### 1/5 — The worst app ever

*2026-09-04*

The worst app ever you could possibly pay for it. It damages the audio and it doesn’t work for the video it stops can’t continue

**Developer response:** You were right on both counts, and I'm sorry you paid for it.

The audio problem was the cleaning engine itself: it re-synthesised your voice instead of removing the room, which is what put a second voice under yours. The video problem was a crash when importing large clips, plus cleans that died if the phone locked mid-way.

Version 2.0 replaces the engine with one that separates your voice from the room and leaves the voice as recorded, fixes the video import, and resumes a clean if the app is closed. Three free cleans a day, so you can check it without paying again.

For a refund of the version you had, Apple handles those at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you'd rather tell me directly what you saw, support@bulpara.com reaches me.
