Purchases go through the App Store. After your iTunes account is charged, you get a message that your purchase was successful. But then when you attempt to view or download the magazine you get an error message telling you that you should try again later. I have tried this so many times. It does not work. I was charged over $30 for magazines I never downloaded. The developer’s customer support line is not helpful. The only way to get a full refund is to call Apple and complain.
