It’s going to make for a great accident report some day. ### 1/5 — 1 Star for a reason *2020-08-20, version 1.6.4* Why do I have to keep my location set to always on if it doesn’t recognize me when I start the van? Sometimes I have to pull my van over and reset my phone and turn off my van . Other days it beeps every single time I get in my van, only stopping after I force close the app and reopen it. The beeping drives us crazy every day too stressful and annoying. They pretty much make you do the same thing you would do on your own. There no reason for this, but now you how to find a way you place to pull over or something play with your phone while driving to rid the sound. I’m losses connection to the car all the time mid drive for no reason. Worst app out there ### 1/5 — Absolute worst *2021-08-06, version 1.8.1* It disconnects constantly and I have to just drive with the beeping sound the module makes in my vehicle. I never write reviews, but I had to leave one for this. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely terrible. ### 1/5 — Horrible reliability *2021-04-26, version 1.8.0* We have been using the derive system for a couple years now and as a leader and user I must say the system reliability is horrible , it takes too much effort to keep everyone connected and reporting correctly. Frequently troubleshooting theses devices uninstall and reinstalling the app, frequently needing to reconnect and force close the app. This system is a huge time leech on productivity , it requires way too much user and leader activity to keep working as intended.
