Leider hat es jedoch ganze vier Tage gedauert, bis das Rezept bei mir eingetroffen ist. Das war für mich in dieser Situation wenig hilfreich, da ich mein Kind natürlich nicht so lange warten lassen konnte, während sich der Zustand verschlechtert. Die Diagnose kam am 7. morgens, das Rezept allerdings erst am 10. Nachmittag – das ist einfach zu spät. Ich weiß nicht, ob es technisch oder organisatorisch eine schnellere Lösung geben könnte, aber so war es für uns leider keine echte Entlastung. Am Ende musste ich trotzdem noch stundenlang im Wartezimmer sitzen, um das empfohlene Medikament zu bekommen.
