About
Over the past twenty years, the number of “dermatologic-cosmetic” products has increased tremendously, making it difficult for the practicing dermatologist to remember their names and ingredients.
The Dermato-Cosmetic Formulary is an application created by Dr. Jasmin Abd-el-Baki to help the dermatologist find the right product for the specific skin problem he or she is treating. It is an offline, user friendly interface, available exclusively to dermatologists.
There are three main sections: Face, Body, and Scalp.
Each body area is further divided into categories of pathologies and active ingredients.
The product names are listed in alphabetical order according to the name of the company that produces them.
The DCF was developed in partnership with L’Oreal Active Cosmetics Division.
