This has been very frustrating and embarrassing— especially having to explain the problem to my patients. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app— it was still the same error of a blank screen! ### 1/5 — Can’t create account *2023-08-22* Opening screen goes right to login, no place to create an account. When you submit they say you’ll be contacted fir a demo… the information about the demo is hidden at the top. How does someone report this to Apple? I use it with a DermliteDL4 and my iPhone6 with Magneticonnect adaptor (also works with iPodTouch.) Touch screen, wireless rapid upload, easy to add old images, easy to compare images, easy to do full body imaging (and the avatar has sides as well as front and back!) You do need a quick internet connection for rapid synchronization with DetmEngine on your large screen.
