Although I did not have an emergent situation, I was able to get a diagnosis, treatment plan and resolution for my issue in a matter of hours, not days. The important points that I appreciated about this site were, first of all, the intake questionnaire is very user friendly (even for me, being a senior), next, you receive a timely response by an actual board certified dermatologist (no receptionist or middleman involved), and finally, efficient and professional services that offer a follow up as needed.
