## What is Dermie AI?

Track your skin progress and discover what products, supplements, diet, and makeup products actually work for you. Upload or snap progress photos in-app and document your skin progress daily to track down which beauty products you should keep and which ones are causing you harm.

Dermie is free to download and use. Should you choose to upgrade to Dermie Premium, we offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscription options.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

The picture taking portion changed. There are no guides as to where to place your face when taking the pictures like before. Not that what was there before was user friendly either, but I could at least work with it so that in the progress view it looked mostly uniform. Now when I take a picture I realized I have to put part of my face over the text instructions otherwise it will cut off the top part on the view progress thumbnail view and the detail view. View progress sorts by oldest first by default. It’s more convent to see the recent progress first. App crashes when loading progress photos. Calendar view is also buggy.

I used to use this app almost every day to track my progress and show to my doctor. Seems like with the new update all my progress pics are gone even though it shows the number of entries I’ve made. Probably will stop using and just take pics with my phone.

I used this app to document my journey on differin since 2020. It was a wild ride. My skin has now cleared up significantly and I loved seeing the progress of my skin through pictures; but ever since the update all that progress is now gone :( I can't seem to add an entry anymore either. Anyways, it was fun reviewing products with everyone on this app and sharing our love for skin care together but this app regressed hard :(

It looks like they’ve recently switched over to Base. On the old Cloe app you could see your progress all together on one page. That was my favorite feature! It’s why I chose Cloe vs just taking the photos on my phone. I’m not sure why they would take this off. You now have to go in to each individual date, and the photo is now small. Please bring this back. It was extremely useful!

After the update I can’t see the entries I had for the last year. And I can’t save a new entry. The only feature of this app that matters to me is the picture entries so I can see the progression of my skin over time. And the fact that the pictures don’t get save to my camera roll. The app needs serious bugfixes.

Sorry but if I have to make an account to track my skincare then you’re shady. I don’t trust it. Why do I need to make an account for this I don’t want to make an account for every little thing. Get outta here. At least let people check it out if you must make people sign up. I was hoping this was an app that could be used without that nonsense. Us ladies have to be careful. Go away.

This was so annoying, after adding your pictures and editing your entry for the day it never fully saved. Waste of time!

Don’t spend too much time trying to make this one work. So far I have only been able to take photos for the daily entries. Every time I try to add something extra- a note, or a skincare product to my daily entry it glitches and deletes everything, including the photos. You have to pay for premium to download your photos if you decide to try something else.

I was a bigger fan of the app before they implemented the product reviews.  I am not interested and the fact that it’s the default page/tab when you open the app is annoying.  Looking for an app that allows me to test products and see what things may be causing issues with my skin.
