Forces you to divulge your phone number and email! No thanks. I’m not providing personal information to a random Chinese company.

FalconEyes should be ashamed of themselves for requiring this. Returning LED lights as well. Rather do business with a legitimate company.

Selten habe ich eine derart schlechte, fehlerbehaftete Software gesehen. Meine Güte, wie hat es dieses Programm in den App Store geschafft? Falcon Eyes tut sich keinen Gefallen, so etwas zusammen mit einem eigentlich guten Produkt anzubieten.

Die Hardware ist top. Die App funktioniert einfach nicht!

Apparently your data base on either phone number or email account is screwed up, when I put that in to register it tells me my phone number or email address is not right!!  I do think I know my own phone number and email address!! Obviously you have a problem!!!!!!

Why would I need to give my phone number or email to be able to control a light. If the company was hoping to make sure no one ever wanted to use this app, they seem to be doing a great job.

Having to create an account with my email or phone number was bothersome enough. After all of that the app doesn’t work. I am using the F7 mini’s and it does not connect with them. I downloaded this app in hopes to have more control over the lights, like setting timing and creating effects. I like the lights but I along with others need more control and better customer service.

When trying to register a new account to use the app it always ends up in SMS server error. 
Hence I can’t use the app at all because I can’t register an account. Useless like this.

Funktioniert alles soweit mit RX-24TDX III(3000-5600k) . Contra: die app ist nicht auf das Licht individuell ausgelegt. Da stehen werte zur Auswahl die das Licht garnicht kann. Z.b. 2700k oder 10000k🙈.

Falcon Eyes F7 does not appear to be supported in this DeSal Lite + app.  I have tried and tried.  In addition the F II is not supported in the first DeSal lite app.
