Every other I phone works just not the new one ### 2/5 — Not intuitive *2025-08-27* I don’t like the app, it’ll have you keep a giant load on all day as your last stop when it should be your first. Doesn’t account for common sense scenarios, RXO wants us to call every morning before work if we want to make a route change. I’m assuming because I’m not really sure that they update this app. It definitely takes some time getting used to and figuring out all the little quirks as it is not user-friendly. There’s no zoom feature on the camera which makes capturing photos default when you’re in close quarters. The concept of the app is nice. It just needs a little work. I work as a delivery driver for Home Depot, and we use a mobile app to complete deliveries, send photos, and navigate to addresses. Been thinking someone would say something before me. As for a suggested improvement….When picking up multiple orders from shipper… It would be helpful to be able to take pictures and make comments about the condition of materials of individual orders at pickup. I deliver building materials and I need the ability to show that I didn’t cause damages to material. For instance, broken drywall, ripped open concrete bags, lumber with forklift gouges.
