## What is Desco?

Plan the week once. Everyone at home sees it. The shopping list writes itself.

Desco isn't another recipe app: it's the meal calendar you share with the people you live with.

• Generate the week: one tap fills lunch and dinner for seven days from your own Recipes, keeping an eye on the balance of fish, pulses, meat and vegetables. Keep what works, regenerate the rest.
• Over 60 recipes already inside, from breakfast to dinner — start today without writing a single one.
• One shop instead of many: the list is built from the meals you planned, so you buy what you actually need — fewer 7pm runs to the corner shop, less food going off in the fridge.
• Shared in real time: whoever cooks and whoever has to show up look at the same calendar, on every device.
• Who's in, who's out: one tap to say who's eating at home, so you cook for the right number of people.

Made for real households: big families, couples, flatmates, schedules that never line up.

Free. No ads. Your household's data stays yours.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.3.1 — 2026-08-24

“Here’s your week” becomes a workbench: hold a meal to keep it and “Regenerate” only changes the rest; adjust the balance with − and +; pick a meal up and put it down where you want, choosing between “Swap” and “Replace”. The plan now counts frequencies per meal, not per serving: with more people at home, or on a week already started, the fish, pulses and meat balance finally adds up. Onboarding rebuilt around the shared calendar and the single shop.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-08-21

New: “Generate the week” fills lunch and dinner for seven days from your own Recipes. It shows you the plan before writing anything, and you can regenerate as often as you like: choices keep an eye on fish, pulses and meat, and on your country’s kitchen. “Method” is now editable step by step, “What the icon does” explains why the category shapes the week, and Settings now has “Get in touch”.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-08-06

Ready-made dishes in your language: dozens of everyday recipes are already in your list, chosen for your country’s kitchen. Add one to the plan with a tap. And shopping now has a list view as well.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-08-01

New: “What’s to eat”. At breakfast, lunch and dinner your phone tells you what’s planned — and if the slot is empty, it nudges you to plan. Turn it on in Settings and pick a time for each meal. Under the hood, stronger protections.

### 1.1.2 — 2026-07-26

Fixes and refinements. When you accept an invite, you now land straight in the shared calendar — no need to reopen the app. Saving and loading feel smoother, with a new waiting animation. Plus various small fixes throughout.
