I've found that most banking apps have some problems, this is not worse than the rest. ### 4/5 — The image portion of the logon is terrible *2015-07-23* Ok, so I was okay with this app until for whatever reason the image changed from the image I selected and when it does that I can't login!! Why?! Why does it change at all?! It says not to log in if the image is not yours...ok then so what am I supposed to do? It doesn't let you choose your image so when it's not yours, that's it, you don't log in. The first app was fine. I have uninstalled. Reinstalled rebooted. Everything under the sun and it logs me in then gives an error message saying network not secure. Log into another network or contact support REF 6500. I have found that it doesn’t seem to run smoothly and it still is only compatible with fingerprint login. I’d love to see an update where the app transitions between screens more smoothly, where it’s easier to find mobile deposit (I can’t find it anywhere!), and where I can use Face ID to login instead of having to type my credentials every single time I login. ### 3/5 — App for ants? *2021-10-13, version 10.6.3.1* Why is it the mobile website is easier to see than this app? Everything’s so tiny I have to magnify every time I enter it. It’s pretty inconvenient. I don’t know why I have this app if the mobile website is easier to read- and I don’t have difficulty reading! This feature does not work at least with the iPhone 7. It would be great to add this feature back. ### 3/5 — Why??? *2017-05-18, version 8.2.0.1* I just recently got this app, and I got it mainly because I want to deposit checks through it. Well, that feature is great. No problems there. My issue is that after logging in with my user name and password, I have to answer two security questions....Every. Single. Time. Why??? If you guys really read these, how about updating it to be able to sign in using the fingerprint function? That's how my other banking app is, and it is great. If the sign-in process was updated to not be like it is not, I would review it again with 5 stars. To me it is THAT annoying. More description of the source would be helpful. Mostly regarding outside card providers streaming through the channels.
