App won’t open it just “waits for a secure connection” for over 10 minutes before I give up

Not worthy of one star. Constantly logs me out. Can’t change password from the app. Such a frustrating experience.

The app won’t allow you to use your apple passwords, or toggle between your passwords and the app itself. The app also won’t allow you to reset your password from the app. 

Still trying to get into the app to even access my card and it’s been 20 minutes. I’ve requested a password reset three times from the app and still haven’t gotten even one email. Good luck getting in to the app to do anything.

I used to love it.  But there’s no way to delete an old card and my balance no longer syncs. I called the number listed and the girl couldn’t help me. She told me to the call the number in the app which was the number I called to get her!

It would be nice to be able to unblock to process a charge that we know it's ours and it's in different location than specified.

At this moment in time, I have to give this app ZERO STARS!!!

I travel frequently to Mexico. I have NEVER had trouble using my card. 

Since adding this app, my card won’t work.. ANYWHERE. I have called multiple times and the customer service agents do their best to help me. I have made changes to the settings 3 times. Still no go. 

It is EXASPERATING!!!

Just... DON’T DO IT!!!!!!!!

I wanted to put an update on how I got my card to finally work.

1. Go to App Store
2. Find CardHub app
3. UN-install
4. Go back to atm
5. Voìla

Great app! The only frustration I have is that I use multiple debit cards and i’m not sure which one I’m using unless I get the actual card out of my wallet and compare numbers with the app.  I would love to be able to assign each card a name of my choosing that could help me identify the card easier in the app.

If somebody can make that happen I’d give it 5 stars!
