I have perfect internet and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling this, but to no avail. It has been like this for months now, and I cant seem to fix it. ### 4/5 — Dark Mode Theme ASAP *2025-02-12, version 4016.0.1* I have thoroughly searched the mobile application for an option to enable dark mode as my default setting; however, I was unable to locate it within the settings or profile sections. Based on my understanding of dark mode, it offers several benefits, especially in low-light conditions, as it is less harsh on the eyes compared to a bright screen. Furthermore, it is widely recognized that dark mode can contribute to extended battery life for mobile devices. The implementation of a quick update feature for dark mode would enhance user experience and satisfaction with the application. Bill pay used to be one of the four main icons in the bottom navigation. Now it’s buried three layers deep in the UI. What even is card hub? I’ve never needed it. It serves no purpose. If you are going to change core functionality to serve some unknown agenda, at least offer a feature where I can customize the bottom menu! The card hub is front and center, taking the most valuable real estate on the UI and I have never needed it. Never used it. Have no reason to ever tap it. Even when I tapped it to see what it was, it took 30 seconds to load. When I tap “More”, there’s card hub again along with every other bottom navigation option. Why is this duplicated? At least go More > [list of features not on bottom navigation]. Ugh. This app is getting worse. Oh, and stop advertising inside the secure banking app. Screens are small. Real estate needs to be devoted to members. Not pushing products no one cares about. If I need those products, I know how to find them. DFCU is turning into all the things we hate about big banks. ### 1/5 — App getting glitchy and staff don’t act like credit union *2024-09-13, version 4014.1.3* Something happened with the app and my payment didn’t go through. The staff doesn’t care and won’t help. Each year they get more like a bank and less like a credit union. Their app potentially cost me a lot because an issue processing my payment and they will not help me. First missed payment in my life and a stupid app issues. As of lately when I’m try in to login in, I would type my information in and then click the box but it would say error. Causing me not to be able to get in the app. I’ve called about it, didn’t really help. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, got it to work for 2 days then it started doing it again. I’ve tried the uninstall and reinstall it again, but I wasn’t lucky this time.
