### 1/5 — App Doesn’t work on iPad Pro 11”

I use my app on my phone all the time, and used to use it on my previous iPad Air 2, but I will not work all all on my New iPad.  I have downloaded it, and restarted, deleted, and once installed, it will only work the very first time its installed.  After you try an open the second time, it freezes, and will not open.  I’m pretty sure it has something to do with the face recognition, verses the finger print reader integration.
BAD APP do not use, until they fix it....  Hopefully someone reads this, and takes appropriate action..  I have already been waiting several months.....
