Every time I log onto try to review what special items there are, etc., nothing is available. If you have a black card, whether it is level 12 or three, you should be able to look at what offers are available to you as a diamond card holder, and that goes for all players! if your app is not operable, there should be a warning that comes up like most apps, we apologize for the inconvenience.
