Shout to the staff. The app is easy enough to use, though I wish they’d accept Venmo. Your account activity won’t earn you any rewards with the casino or their resorts. They use Kambi odds, which are ridiculously easy to beat, but by that token this place has very low liquidity. If you do win something, enjoy it. That’s all you get. Expect to be limited immediately. As an AZ resident I really wanted to like this book. It’s just not as flexible as one of the bigger players. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2024-11-03, version 1.5.15* This is by far the worst book app I have ever experienced. I cannot open my bet slip. It wants me to login and when I do it takes me to the same login page. This happens over and over again. I call customer service and they were just as bad. I joined this book for the free bets and it ran just fine when I was betting my own money last night. Using free bets now, and the app basically crashed on me. I can’t do anything. They claim that you must wager real money along side bonus bets yet there is nothing I see that states this in the T&C. Voided my bets and rejected my withdrawal, stay away from this sportsbook! ### 1/5 — Bad *2024-09-02, version 1.5.15* This is the worst Sportsbook I have ever used. They did not give me the bonus. I had to contact support and send them screenshots to prove the bonus was offered and valid. I won my initial bet and the bonus so i decided to take my winnings and walk but they would not let me withdraw. Sometimes you cant even see your wager or the amount of money you have. Sometimes the app is blank after you place a wager. Scores only updates when your place a wager, its so obvious they’re cheating. This app is the worst sportsbook. This bet I don’t understand why they can’t compromise and give a bonus bet. i’ve had something similar happen with FanDuel, and they made it right. I will be switching my funds to a new sports book and closing this one there is no compromise on their end. I asked to withdraw money from my account and the very next day I got an email saying that I had violated policies and that my account would be closed. They said they would refund me all of my deposits but that I would forfeit my winnings which was a couple hundred dollars. BEWARE! This is a total scam. Use other sites like DraftKings and FanDuel. Don’t fall for it *2025-06-06, version 1.5.15* This app literally does not work at all. It let me create an account and deposit money and that’s it! Non stop errors trying to make a wager. Spent hours on with tech support trying all kinds of troubleshooting. Even downloaded on my MacBook but nothing works. Then on top of that, they won’t let me withdraw the money I deposited and needed a support ticket created for that. Biggest scam ever. After the bet settles you will receive (5) $20 bonus bets. I received (5) $4 bonus bets. I talked with their customer support and was informed that promotion is only available if they emailed it to you. I showed them the online promotion on Desert Diamonds website and they basically stated they do not honor the promotions on their website. ### 1/5 — Worst fraud app *2025-02-09* AVOID THIS APP. DO THIS FOR FREE MONEY AND LEAVE THEIR APP. DEPOSIT 250 FOR NEW USER PROMO. BET THE 250 FREE BETS YOU GET. IF YOU MAKE OVER 200, PLAY THROUGH YOUR DEPOSIT. IF YOU MAKE UNDER 200 JUST WITHDRAW YOUR 250 FORFEIT THE BONUS. THEY LET YOU WITHDRAW SFTER PLAYING BONUS FUNDS. ONLY PLAY THROUGH IF YOU MAKE MONEY WITH BONUS BETS. Their UI is terrible, they have only two options to deposit and they try and link through PLAID WHICH DOESNT WORK. They blame your bank. I tried signing my gf and dad up so they got their signup bonus. Once they signed up and deposited and I spoke with customer service about the issues. They flagged our accounts for KYC. Bunch of bums because their app doesn’t work and they won’t let us withdraw. Don’t have a problem letting you deposit once it’s in the account then flag you so they keep your money. If they couldn’t pinpoint my location how was I even able to view my bet?
