I appreciate having the 24/7 live chat support option - Monika is helpful, kind and responds promptly. Most items have arrived within the estimated delivery time, however, some merchants have delayed or cancelled an order due to their current stock. ### 1/5 — Daylight robbery! *2025-09-02, version 5.6.3* They charged me close to 200 usd for an annual pro membership that I did not sign up for claiming I tapped on it to avoid delivery charges for a couple of orders I made. They refuse to return the money claiming it is non-refundable. Absolute nonsense! Horrible customer service ### 5/5 — Huge product Catalog *2025-08-18, version 5.6.3* There’s not a lot of platforms delivering to India that has such vast product catalogs and great pricing! Thanks Ryan for making sure the products are delivered in optimal condition. ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2025-08-13, version 5.6.3* The app is terrible. It forces me to subscribe just to reduce the extremely high delivery fees, and after I place and pay for my order, I have to wait several days only to be told that the item is out of stock. Then, they say the refund will take up to 14 days. Very bad customer service. I do not recommend anyone to sign up or download it because you will likely not get what you want. ### 1/5 — Pathetic experience with desertcart *2025-07-30* I had placed an order with Desertcart, but unfortunately, it was rejected during the quality check and never got delivered. I had a very disappointing experience. When I contacted customer service, I was told the rejection was due to my country's import policies. If there was a possibility of the item being rejected during the quality check, this should have been clearly communicated beforehand. Instead, they charged around ₹373 as shipping fees, claiming it included all costs. Overall, this has been a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. I found so much Sanrio merchandise and I’m thrilled with my purchases. But they will deduct money from your cards. If anyone ask them about this, they will direct you to their website stating they are still improving their application. ### 1/5 — Its a scam! *2025-07-14, version 5.6.3* They will fulfil 2-3 orders perfectly well. Then take annual fees for free shipping. And then the fun starts! The next order you place - they will forget to work on it for weeks. Trying again, the next order after that will also be delayed without any update. After re-subscribing to Desertcart, I experienced constant delays, canceled orders, and my money was taken without any refund. They promised to refund SAR 595 for my PRO membership and even confirmed that the process had been initiated. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have never received the refund. This experience shows a lack of transparency and accountability. I trusted their commitment, but they failed to deliver on their own promise. Poor communication and failure to honor agreements make this service highly unreliable. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from them. If a company cannot process a simple refund as promised, how can customers trust them for anything else? ### 1/5 — Scammers *2025-11-25, version 5.7.1* My experience with DesserCart has been extremely disappointing. I was charged AED 699 for a Pro Membership without my clear consent or any prior notification. I never intended to subscribe, and the money was deducted unexpectedly. When I contacted support to request a refund, I was told they could only return AED 150 out of the AED 699, which felt completely unfair and unacceptable. If a service is charged without proper notice, the customer should not be penalized for it. This situation felt misleading and unprofessional. A company should be transparent about billing and respectful when resolving customer issues—unfortunately, that was not my experience. Because of this, I will be sharing my experience across multiple social media platforms to ensure other customers are aware.
