If we go at the mentioned time, the order is not ready. When the item is ready, they keep it in shelf and doesn’t update it in the app. So we have to go check their pickup shelves every time if my name is written in any parcel or not. ### 1/5 — Missing point *2026-06-30, version 2.3.8* Has date yyyy issue ### 1/5 — None of the points or offers are redeemable. *2026-06-09, version 2.3.8* Went to Desi district Plano and the staff were very impatient in trying to redeem any offers as shown in the app. Their first reaction is always that these offers are not applicable here. On showing the app and the coupon codes, they show how the system doesn’t accept any codes. Very frustrating and the people behind the counter show a lot of frustration on having to get their manager to sort out the issue. Clearly the app and the offers are all bogus and un redeemable ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-04-18, version 2.3.8* How do you even order without looking at the full description? Who designs app like these? Ahh never mind, Developers from You know where! Zero sense of user experience ### 1/5 — Unable to get OTP and no support *2025-12-21* I’ve been using this app for almost 6 plus months, the only way to login is mobile number, no option available to get OTP via email. And I am not getting the OTP to mobile number which has worked for entire 6 months. Tried to ask contact details, but no support at desk district Irving or via phone call to them **Developer response:** Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. We understand how frustrating it can be to not receive an OTP, especially when mobile number login is the only available option. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. But for some reason, referral rewards are not working. I have referred several of my friends successfully but not seeing reward on my account ### 4/5 — Liked it - a feedback *2025-12-26, version 2.3.5* I’ve been using this app for almost 6 plus months regularly to order in desi district. It’s really helpful to save time to cut the queue. I would suggest to allow user to get OTP in email(in case resend also didn’t work for particular user) Though it’s there is a scan option available for store visits to gain or use points, none is doing it at the counter. Pls train them on how to do in case a customer wants to. It’s a basic need for customers to have a phone number or a support email to reach out in case of issues.
