They deliver good quality milk. Delivery is done professionally without failure and at the scheduled time. Using the app to subscribe and also to pause subscription during vacation is easy and hassle free. For one time orders in my area, if milk ordered before 4:55 pm then its delivered on the morning of next day, but if its after 4:55 then its one day later. For subscriptions, its deliver on time daily morning.

I don’t What kind of people work here. This firm is full of idiots. After complaining for multiple times still they are not improving their service. Their message of delivery comes at 6:30 and for actual delivery it takes more 1-1.5 hrs. Many of the times the don’t deliver and still app is showing delivered status of your order. Assigned delivery person never receives your phone. Yesterday I didn’t receive my order and today I got two packets of milk…what do I do with that 2nd packet it should have delivered yesterday when I needed that. I am just fed up with this company.

Think twice before subscribing. These guys never deliver milk as promised. If you subscribe for a daily plan, you’ll be lucky to get it even once a week. Worse, they deduct your balance without confirming if the delivery actually happened. The delivery person simply marks it as delivered without actually delivering anything. When you contact support, they’re no help at all they just ask you to wait another day, and the cycle continues.

The delivery guy is dropping the milk at society main gate instead of my door step. I am receiving damaged milk since last week. I have been complaining about the same thing since last 1 week but i am not getting any response. The service is disgusting. I should get complete refund for my last weeks damage.

Milk getting curdled very often. Customer care did not respond. Many times items are not delivered but app shows it delivered, and so no refund they give. Don’t fall for any promotional offers, such a scam they are running.

I placed an order for milk on 20th Sept at 7:00 PM, and it was supposed to be delivered the next day 21st Sept. That is how most apps like bbDaily, Country Delight work. I did not receive my milk on the next morning so I checked the app to raise a complaint and was shocked to see that the delivery slot assigned is 23rd Sept. Who on earth orders milk 3 days prior and why are your representatives lying about the next day delivery in society activities. ALSO THERE IS NO DELIVERY DATE DISPLAYED WHILE PLACING THE ORDER, so it’s their wish when they want to deliver your items which is TERRIBLE. Overall a very BAD experience, definitely not ordering again, you guys need to focus a lot on operations and fixing the crappy mobile application, in which half of the button texts are truncated, kudos to the app developers and the QA who sign off for production release.

I request u guys not to take subscription, after subscribing they don't ever care for u infact they don't even recieve your calls

From last 3 days their milk is smelling like hell 🤮 for couple of days I thought it might bee our fault (utensils might not be washed properly) but today also I faced the same issue and while contacting their customer service number, they won't even reply (calls and Wats app both)

The milk has a smell . In case you dont boil it same day and even if you keep it in refrigerator, it will curdle. 
Even after curdling you wont get any good quality paneer out of it. I have complained so many time during my subscription. 

Finally i have stopped my subscription!!!

With so much adulteration happening around in the milk I think I finally stumbled across a genuine service provider and would definitely recommend their products. You can literally see the ghee on top when you boil the milk and that’s probably more than enough to tell the purity of it.

We have been using the desi farm milk for from one month and are very happy with both the quality and the service. I am using full cream milk. The milk is always fresh, thick, and pure. We prepare curd and ghee at home, and both turn out really good, the curd sets well with a nice texture, and the ghee has a rich homemade aroma. Along with the quality, the service is also excellent. The staff is polite, punctual, and maintains good communication, which makes the overall experience very smooth. Truly appreciate their efforts😊☺️
