I wish I could relog into the already paid access that I have. I shouldn't have to repay if I already have the all access. ### 3/5 — A little frustrated *2024-01-05* However, for the last several months all my projects are private and I cannot share them. I have called and spent several hours tryong to figure it out to no avail. ### 3/5 — Lots to Love but Updates Take Way Too Long *2023-09-22* There are a lot of things to love about Cricut Design Space if you are a creative person, however updates can take an extremely long time. I have not found a way to opt out of them in order to work on your project at that time and then run the update at later. ### 2/5 — Cricut Space Design *2023-07-09* I downloaded the Cricut Design Space application from the app store. I paid in full for the lifetime membership. I was happy. Now, I am on the app, navigating around the platform. There is no place on this app to log into your existing account so you can acces your projects and already purrchased designs. In other words, it did NOT merge with my existing account which I assumed it would. Well, if I would have known, I would NOT have purchased. However, on the contrary, I do like the access to all the designs. If they can fix that pronto, I'll change my review. Had to force quit my computer because it wanted me to purchase a subscription and wouldn't close out of the dialogue to do so. ### 3/5 — Not that great *2023-06-09* Had trouble with the customizing the Graduation stuff. It's all 2022 and I wanted 2023! Couldn't change it - at least not easily for me. Granted I'm a newbie, but I tried for over 1/2 hour and I don't have time to fool with it. It didn't seem to be changeable. ### 1/5 — Not the real app from the company *2023-05-16* This is a pretty good deceiving version of the official app. Look at the developer name. Look how wierd the set up is, I was very confused at first since I wasn't required to sign in with my Cricut account that already had my free trial going. I wonder where the money goes to on this one. Maybe if it wasn't so deceiving to begin with, I'd be ok with it, but I'm not for that matter. ### 1/5 — New Sapce is not user friendly *2023-05-15* The origianl design space was so easy to navigate and you could design easily. I am about to sell my cricut because the way the new design space is laid out isn't as easy to design things. I actually hate it and wish there was a way to go back to the other one. I received a cricut joy for christmas and have barely used it because I have only been able to do the things that came with it. I bought some cute things for a graduation announcement and cannot get the stupid program to even let me log in!! I hate this machine! And the many tutorials are useless because I can't even gain general access! I have been paying for a subscription for over 6 months and yet it still keeps prompting me to subscribe11 ### 1/5 — ZERO STARS!! *2023-05-08* FRIENDS & FELLOW MAKERS!! This is NOT the right app. If you've been having issues with your Cricut Design Space app like those mentioned in the other reviews, please read!! I was having so many issues but was able to trouble shoot on my own. If having issues, uninstall the app, update any new software that your laptop, tablet or phone may need, and then go directly to the cricut website like you're going to set up a new machine. DO NOT download or pay for any apps in the app store. These are NOT what you want. Instead, on the Cricut website, there's a link to download the Design Space app that we all know & love. Once I downloaded it, I was able to restore all of my old projects and the app is working perfectly now. ### 1/5 — Cannot use original Account *2023-04-20* Recently bought an iMac. For somereason it will not allow me to login under my account that I already pay fees for. It will only pull my i cloud email and not my gmail. It's frustrating spending all this time learning the new 'upgrades'. This should be a fun hobby and cricut makes it miserable! I downloaded what I thought was a new version and it is asking me to upgrade to the PRO version for $9.99/month. When I click away from this, it never shows me the canvas. It only shows me 4th of July designs. I have things I need to get done but I can't do anything. ### 1/5 — I absolutely hate it! *2024-06-02* The old computer that I had previously had Design Space downloaded on had broken and it had been a few months that I could get another one. Well, I just recently got my Cricut all set up and I do not like it at ALL! Why did you have to change so drastically??? It was perfectly fine the way it was. Furthermore, all of my old projects, downloaded fonts, purchased files, etc. are gone! I don't see any way of getting any of it back! What a waste and disappointment! ### 1/5 — Very manipulative app *2024-04-14* This app was embedded into the real Cricut design space somehow that I thought it was a needed upgrade. Ended up erasing the other app, and it displayed an identical icon to Cricut (different than the one displayed on here). This app doesn't do much at all except offer some clip art I guess. It is very simplistic and not at all what I thought it was. It caused me a few hours of wasted time panicking I had lost all my projects from Cricut design space. I even clicked to subscribe to the free trial of the "pro" version to try and get to the regular features. Luckily I didn't pay for anything and was able to cancel it before it automatically renewed and would have charged me. I'm not usually so gullible with these kinds of things, but this one really caught me off guard . Super deceitful. ### 1/5 — this program stinks *2024-02-03* This is the worst program I have ever had to work with; I have literally spent the entire day trying to figure out how to make a simple star to print. I am certain I have had to input payment about 6 times and there is no search bar on the mac to be able to even search for a star. I am getting nothing and likely my credit card will be charged 100's of dollars for nothing. I sure hope I have them all cancelled. The most stressful worst experience worst program ever. I want to return the cricut and the whole experience and get my unrenewable resource of time back. Just don't even bother unless you have a phd in computer science. It is not at all user friendly with respect to actually figuring out how to use the app with my cricut. I can design things just fine but can't for the life of me figure out how to actually cut something. There's always an error or they tell me to upload the newest version. When I try to upload the newest version I get notices that there's a proble. I use an Apple laptop. Never used to have problems but now I have problems everytime. Anyway, I gave up searching any more. I finally got Super Vectorizer Pro which auto convert any icons, images to SVG cut files and create my own files easily. I have deleted the program and reinstalled as suggested and lost everrthing i had worked on previously. I already pay a monthly fee and now they want me to sign up again. I still will have a steep learning curve but I am confident student .I was even able to teach my neighbor a few of the projects you taught.
