I have tried to fix it. It’s very annoying. There’s no actual voting anymore and no excitement when you actually make a good design cause no matter what you do you get 5 stars and the prize. ### 2/5 — Why is it so difficult? *2026-08-20, version 1.135.066* I’m trying to delete my account because I’m not enjoying the game. It is confusing to do most things on here and if you go to Settings in your profile, you have no option to delete it. You have to reach out to the customer service. The customer service tells you how they’re gonna store the data from the chat. Not do you agree but this is what we’re doing. So you either want your issue fixed or you don’t.. regardless of if you want your data to be collected or not. I was introduced to this through a different app and wasting my time. Downloading playing this. Property Brothers is so much better. ### 3/5 — Fun, but inflation hits here too lol *2026-08-15, version 1.135.066* I’ve been designing rooms in this game for years, and it’s fun if you love interior design. However this last year seems to follow real life inflation making it annoyingly difficult to “purchase” items. I never pay actual money for this game because you can earn it for simple things in-game. But the cost of items has far exceeded what you can earn in the game in a reasonable amount of time. They’ve done a lot of updates to it where you have more creative freedom to the room you’re designing. However, it cost money or diamonds in the game to buy furniture and decor. And sometimes it’s hard to have full creative freedom because you can’t infinitely spend the games currency, You eventually have to buy more of the game currency with your own money so it is a bit restricting. I wish they would add a create mode on it where you could have full freedom of the furniture and decor you’re using without having to purchase it. And have it be where instead of getting five pieces of furniture when you purchase it it’s only a one time thing. ### 5/5 — Please read : Meh.🧐 *2026-08-12, version 1.135.066* It’s a ok game….. I put five stars so you could see this. For a long time this was my favorite game but then it started to try and get me to pay! I do NOT pay for games , it’s a rule. It also became not as fun! Every single time I make an an app purchase I never received my items therefore. To the website and get my items however I have the hardest time getting my or the items that you all owe me and I’m sick of it‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ as we speak I’m in the game going back-and-forth with agents over 999. I’m currently speaking to my fourth agent in a week. I need someone to exercise common sense if they have it, and understand, I would not keep reaching out about the same thing if it was not an issue. I’ve also gone to the Better Business Bureau against Apple because between Apple and you all you guys keep allowing it to happen. I have completed offers on this game in the past but recently it seems to be impossible to receive rewards. And I don’t know if the help desk is a bot or what but they keep rejecting my support requests and coming back saying that I have violated the terms of service. When I inquire further they refuse to answer as to what I have done and refuse to grant the rewards with no valid explanation. I know how to complete the offers. As I have said — I have done it in the past. However, the refusal to give attention to my issue has driven me to anger at depths that a game should not inspire. And apparently loyalty to long term customers is played out and means nothing to them, sssssooooo, CIAOOOO!!! Buh-byyyyyyeeee!! Sayonora!!! And A-di-OS!! ### 1/5 — Such a scam *2026-08-20, version 1.135.066* This game consists of you making purchases for a LOT of your money. To start you need to pay $100. You’ll need to do this weekly. I constantly get “check your internet connection.” I have full bars and 500mbps/500mbps internet. I can do anything else including playing other games without any interruptions. You have to earn diamonds by completing offers on this app.It consists of outside purchases and watching lengthy ads. Which is run by Tapjoy. I constantly have to request support because I don’t receive my diamonds after completing the offer. I have to screenshot every offer I do and then send it to them requesting payment. What a pain! I have told every representative in an email that there is an issue with my offer wall. Their reply, you just need to request support for each offer completed. You get about 50 diamonds for each offer and items to decorate with are in the thousands. So you spend hours completing offers so you can decorate one room. You can purchase diamonds with real money, which I did. I’ve invested over $100 in this game. I’m fed up! Not to mention that they double charged me. They sent me an email a week later saying they issued a credit for the second charge, which still hasn’t credited me. When you design the room you are given rules for each room to decorate including decorating with a certain brand or material of furniture. You will always be told what style to decorate the room. What’s hysterical is they will tell you to design say rustic style using 3 or 4 items from a brand that doesn’t even make rustic furniture. Your rooms are judged by other players. What they don’t do is categorize new players to be judged from long term players who have accumulated prizes over a long period of time. Not fair to the new players who don’t have much to work with. I’ve earned prizes which your supposed to be able to use 5 times. However, I will use an item once and then it’s gone from my inventory. You can see all of your designs so it isn’t hard to see that I only used it once in all of my design challenges. Great graphics, fun challenges, good reward system. You purchase items and use these to decorate. Each item could be used 5 times. Unfortunately, some of the items I purchased would disappear after only a couple of uses. So I would have to buy them over and over. Reaching out for help meant nothing. No, reaching out for help was worse than nothing, because I was first ignored and finally insulted. (Take your meds Rajit! You’re way too resentful over this.) I purchased 10.69 in diamonds to have enough diamonds to buy a /rug/for a challenge (Western Wonders Series). My credit card reflects 10.69 taken out ( I get immediate transactions, but I did not receive the diamonds or the rug but my money is gone from my credit card. I need a refund. I haven’t had any problems in a while with this game but- today I experienced my credit card charge for items I did not purchase. Sadly I can’t buy the rug because I’m not going give this game any more money if it is taking the money without giving the diamonds or item clicked on. Support for these problems???? When I first started, the furniture in the app was beautiful. Now, it Is weird, expensive furniture. There are constant problems with videos loading from the Premium Store offers to earn free diamonds. Tech support is no,help and refers you to an external source. Do not spend money on this game *2026-08-10, version 1.135.066* I have been playing Design Home daily since 2017, but customer service has completely abandoned long-time players. On June 28th, I won 1st place in the Rising Stars event, which offers a 10,000-diamond reward. Due to a known game glitch, the event froze on my profile for weeks, and the 10,000 diamonds were never granted. I have been contacting EA Support for over a month. Frontline support repeatedly ignores the details, sends automated template replies, and even confused my account with someone else's. Other players affected by this same bug received their missing rewards and apology gifts, while my account continues to be ignored. Do not spend time or money on this game—if you encounter a technical bug, EA customer support will not help you.
