My issue is that the game CONSTANTLY freezes. You’re in the middle of a game and BOOM frozen. You’re forced to lose a life and poweruos because you have to close the game out. I play it almost every day. However, I can’t connect to Facebook or Apple, and I get a notification to do so multiple times a day. When I attempt to connect it says “developer is aware of the issue and you may log in when the app is reactivated.” Are you going to fix that any time soon? You could do it in the form of an update since you haven’t done that in 3 years. ### 4/5 — Good *2023-12-27, version 3.38.0* The graphics are okay but otherwise a really fun game ### 3/5 — Levels Are Too Hard *2023-06-23* There is so much to love about this game. The characters are like able and the decorating is fun. But the levels are so hard that I quickly found myself dreading each new level. There are too many puzzles with the conveyor belt and items that have to be matched multiple times. I’m a gamer and I gladly spend money in games I enjoy. But this game was clearly designed to make you need to use boosters and/or coins in nearly every level. It started getting too hard very quickly. By Level 46, it was getting frustrating then every level just got harder. I can see throwing in a more difficult puzzle every so often. But almost every level is too frustrating and just not fun or relaxing at all. Although the decorating part is fun, I will be deleting this game because it’s more frustrating than fun. ### 2/5 — No morning power ups apparently *2023-05-11, version 3.38.0* Woke up today and never all day did I get that morning’s prize! Hard levels no and looking forward to that but, nothing! About to delete this app! ### 3/5 — Major update time *2022-12-29* I know you update regularly, but never fix the fact that the levels are too hard even with boosters, boosters should be given out frequently without having to pay enormous amounts of money, cleanups of each area should be free and all cleaned up at once not just one small area, storylines aren’t good but become mundane if you can’t pass the levels. Offer more coins and a booster for each level passed if a player can actually accomplish that small feat. It’s become just like garden escapes and home escapes. Think you developers can work on these things? I don’t want an answer if it’s a token answer. Just fix the game. The last update was months ago. I guess this game will suffer an untimely death like so many others. **Developer response:** Thanks for your support! It is not for children young or older!!! ### 2/5 — This game is lethally addictive...unfortunately *2022-11-06* It would be a five-star game easily if the devs were more generous with the power-ups and there were just more moves given, especially in the harder levels. I don't know how many times I've been left with only ONE item left to clear, which is monumentally frustrating. The puzzles are captivating because each one has to be figured out in order to crack it, and the design element is almost secondary but definitely creative and fun.
